One of the best and put together Casey’s I’ve ever seen Manager Todd Osgood is one of the most polite and most helpful gentleman I’ve ever met. Seems like that guy is never having a bad day every time I go in there he’s always got a smile on his face ready and more than willing to help despite him having a prosthetic leg he is still one of the most hard-working managers I’ve ever seen. Every time I've come here the employees act like they don't know what to do or what they're doing. They're also incredibly rude, unfriendly and they take forever to do the simplest task. Also, 4 times I've tried going here for gas, the pump doesn't work. They charge for air and I had to get a refund because with how their tank fills your tires, it would have taken me $15 to fill up my tires. Tried to order pizza and after 3 failing attempts with online app I tried calling 8 different times with no answer. Finally went to the store directly and ordered my pizza. Always have ordered from the original Casey's here in Kearney with no problem until they went to Door Dash delivery. Love the pizza.
