Worse customer service ever! I ordered a shrimp lo mein, as I start to eat I notice there's NOT one single shrimp! I call to complain and they decide to send me an actual SHRIMP lo mein this time. When the driver arrived, he had the nerve to ask for the half eaten lo mein back! I couldn't believe it! I told him that was disgusting and asked if they were going to send the lo mein I had stated to eat to another customer. First time my family ordered from this restaurant. We have tried multiple Chinese food restaurants near by but had not found the one we wanted to make our favorite. We finally found this one and this by far is our favorite. The food is very flavorful and absolutely delicious it tastes authentic traditional Chinese food! I’m in love with the flavor!! Horrible service I can’t with them anymore I went back inside to get more change and before I can even open the door the man had his hand out demanding tip with a nasty attitude and was mad he kept saying where’s my tip tip gumming the tip tip tip over and over ,yeah no way I’m giving my tips to a guy like that he can demand his tip else where with that attitude
