Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kearny

This Dunkin is a regular Dunkin the last time I went here I ordered on the mobile app thought I ordered to my regular location (Closet to my house) Turns out I made a mistake and ordered to this one. Clicked on the "Directions" button in the app and got the address for this place. When I got there I was told they did not have my order. Turns out the dunkin I ordered to was another one but when I clicked on the "directions" button it sent me to this location. So it was a mistake in the app. I asked if they could make it they told me they could not I was disappointed but understood and tried to explain to the supervisor (Taller Hispanic Woman) that the directions were incorrect on the app and if she could give a corporate number so I could call in and let them know about the app problem. Got told by the supervisor "You just don't know how to drive." Safe to say she did not understand that it was a problem...

I myself come here once a day to get my regular coffee and extras. I don't particularly like the service I get when I come to order. I've experienced chatter in different languages whenever I walk up to the counter and let me tell you I am disgusted and really upset about it. Knowing I'm trans and they're talking under their breath about me is really not okay and makes me feel unwelcomed. And it's not just me but other people too. I don't appreciate it and it needs to stop. Every Dunkin I go to is like so but it really is just this one Dunkin where the employees are disrespectful ( at least some). If this is what Dunkin has to offer then obviously it needs to be replaced with a Starbucks because at least they...

Excellent and polite people work here. I ordered for my family and didn't think about how much it would be to carry especially since my arm has been hurting. Well I started to try and grab everything and the nice cashier offered to help and carried most of it for me all the way to my car! A true gentleman! I was actually a bit speechless because it's been years since someone was kind enough to help me like that. Will be going to this place versus others just because of the great people that work there. They seem to have a great, positive attitude. Thank you to the guy...
