I was disappointed as three of us arrived late at night (11:30 p.m.) and were planning to leave early the next morning for a long drive home to Minnesota. We were in building C and were told their was parking by the building. However, all the parking spots were taken, and we had to park three buildings down. It was very cold (32 degrees), and we were very tired but had to walk a ways trying to haul our luggage. When we got to the room, there was a king bed and a queen pull -out couch. There were only three pillows on the king bed, and there were no pillows or blankets for the queen pull-out. For the price we paid, the room could have had a few more pillows and a sheet and blanket for the pull-out. There was no "front desk" to call on the phone, and as I was so tired and didn't want to walk outside all the way to the lobby (three buildings the other way), I just slept with my clothes on and used a flat decorative pillow for my head. In the morning, there was no continental breakfast...nothing! We were told the restaurant opened at 7:30 a.m., but that was the time we were planning to leave. Coffee was in the room, but there were no paper cups for us to take when we left, and no creamer or sugar to add to the coffee. We literally drank a few swallows and had to leave the coffee behind. The room was very pretty, but all-in-all, we were very disappointed and wouldn't plan to stay there again. The $170 was definitely too much money for a lot of disappointment. Should have checked all this out before booking with them, but for the price, I assumed we would at least get some coffee and donuts in the morning to get us...
Read moreWe loved our stay in buliding A. Our group was 7 people so we had to get two rooms connected to each other. They are like condos. Very cozy! One room was bigger than the other. The bigger room had a standard fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer & dryer. The cubards are stocked with cooking stuff, pots, pans, bowls, cups, and silverware. Had a small living room with a fireplace and a 6 seater dining table. The bathtub is big! It was a bummer I ran out of hot water before I could fill it all the way up. It is kind of surprising that they dont have extra locks on the doors like they do in other hotels for added safety. We stayed in the winter in January for the waterpark and it wasn't too busy. The parking is always terrible. There isn't much parking in front, so you have to park in the back or across the street. Overall, we had fun and we...

Building D is a hard pass. The resort's restaurants are overpriced for what you get — barely average food with fine dining prices. The 2025 water park? Cold as hell, not fun at all. The outdoor jacuzzi was so overloaded with chemicals it felt like I was boiling in a hot bleach bath — pretty sure I came out two shades lighter.
The rooms are nice, but running out of hot water after freezing your ass off at the water park? That's just ridiculous for a hotel.
Overall, the resort itself is great, but some parts of the experience are straight-up unforgettable — and not in a good way.
If you go, avoid Building D like the plague, bring your own food, take a few vodka shots before braving the water park, and keep your shower short unless you enjoy finishing in ice water. Then just go to bed and try to...
