This was a fun trip! We drove from Spokane it was a nice drive. We had to book our tickets online, super easy. There's a parking lot across the street they have you park in unless you are staying at the lodge. There was still a capacity limit which was nice, didn't feel over crowded and there wasn't really any lines for the slides. The lazy river was awesome, they had tubes available. There was 2 toddler areas, one was just a splash pad, the other had a slide and swings. The gaint splash area had 2 fun slides and a lot of area for kids to play on. Around the bottom was water you could sit and play in with your kids. There are 3 slides. 2 single riders and 1 family slide. My kiddo loved the family one. You could also learn to surf and ride the waves! I loved the hot tub in the kid section it was nice and warm. Upstairs there were more hot tubs. There's a section to play water basketball and to rope climb, but they were closed due to low capacity. There was a few options for food that were decently priced! The life guards were really friendly and helpful. There were tables and chairs all over for free and it looked like you could rent them and have them reserved. Also there were cabanas with tables and chairs and tvs maybe some other amenities I didnt look too deeply into them. We went between 3-7 and it was a good price. Not sure if prices change in the season so I won't quote it. It was a fun day trip!

What a fun place for families to come and play. You can swim, body surf, surf, ride water slides, raft rides and so much more. They have great areas for babies and toddlers, and safe areas for all other ages. Kids have something fun to try. Typical grilled food is available and drinks. There is a bar on the upper floor with the two hot tubs that are hotter. There are three hot tubs total and the lazy river is perfect for fun, floating, or playing. Cabana areas for rent and plenty of tables and chairs located throughout the area. Large bathroom with showers and changing areas. Family bathrooms available as well. Towels at the front desk for swimmers. Very thin and small so plan a larger one of you are an adult. You can get as many to borrow as needed and just return to the dirty towel cart when done. Life guards throughout and they maintain the place really well. Make sure you walk carefully throughout as it's wet from everyone and can get slippery on those concrete floors. Kids will slip and fall if they aren't paying attention. They do have a shop with clothing, suits and other items in case you lose something. Overall great fun and lots to do. Try it out.

But it’s so expensive, right? No, not actually. When you consider all the resources that go into making this incredible indoor playground possible, the money we paid was well worth it and we will remember the fun and family time long after we forget the cost. All the energy and materials and PEOPLE required to make this happen are incredible. It was warm, clean, fun, and action packed! To the folks at the counters, those serving food, cleaning the facilities, watching out for our safety, loading the boats, assisting with unloading, instructing the new surfers… so many people worked hard to make our family’s vacation at Silver Rapids possible. ALL of them were wonderful—cheerful, hard working, professional, friendly, genuinely concerned for our comfort—and we appreciate all of them and gladly paid a fair price so they can make a living. Thank you, management, for keeping this place open and hiring such great people—please pay them decent wages—and thank you to the great people who work here for making our time there so very special.

My 7 year old son was badly injured at the top of one of the slides on the miner's landing. When he got to the bottom of the slide, he was crying and had blood dripping down his back. None of the life guards noticed! I was lucky to be right at the bottom to take care of him. He had a large marble sized laceration on the back of his head from a sharp point at the top of the slide, where he slipped and hit his head. I took him to the first aid room, all the while his blood was dripping everywhere. The first aid room had a sign on it stating to find the nearest life guard for assistance. I did so, only to be told to go to the life guard with the red shirt (which all of them had on). When I got a better description and figured out who they were talking about, I was told by him that he would help me as soon he could find someone to cover his station and to go ahead into the first aid room and see if I could find gauze . I went into the room and couldn't find any gauze. I went back out with my son, still blood dripping all down his back, to try to get help again. Thankfully the 2nd life guard was able to come in and help. He put on gloves and found gauze, which my son quickly soaked thru. It was clear after getting a better look at the injury that we needed to get him to the ER. I asked for an ice pack. I left the first aid room to go find my husband and other children so we could get back into our room and get our keys to go to the ER. Several other swimmers had seen the accident and asked if my son was okay. On our way out the door to the ER, we were stopped to fill out a second form. At the ER, the doctor was able to use surgical glue to seal it up. The DR stated that he had been working a double shift and it was the 4th injury he had seen from the water park! Thankfully my son didn't have a concussion. The whole experience was frustrating. It took way to long to get help! It was at least 10 minutes before we had any assistance. None of the life guards noticed what was happening on their own. What if he had been knocked unconscious, he could have drowned!!!! ++ In addition, the lazy river is not a consistent depth, which caused me to scrap my knee while floating with my daughter. A minor injury, but frustrating. Also the large dump buckets are way too strong. There are signs stating they are powerful but they are impossible to completely avoid. The force of the water was so strong that it was uncomfortable and a little painful to be dumped on. Finally, when we first got to the park, someone had spit on the ground in the splash pad like area and another customer was trying to clean it up with water from the sprinkler. Gross! It seems clear to me that more staff is needed both for first aid and cleaning. Further first aid training and a reevaluation of the safety of their park is...

I booked a room for 4 with the waterpark passes. This was a gift for my son and his family. they were checked in, handed their waterpark passes but told their room was not yet available. My son returned later for the room key but was told it was not yet available. So he returned a 3rd time and was told because the room was booked under my name and cc I had to provide a document to approve the sale. MIND YOU THIS ROOM HAD BEEN PAID FOR IN FULL A MONTH PRIOR. the document was emailed to me 6pm on a saturday night. I downloaded the doc but it was a corrupt file and loaded numerous apps onto my phone, I couldn't use my phone at that point. Also the document stated I had to sign it electronically and fax it back with a copy of my id front and back. how many of you own a fax? I don't. they made it impossible for us. I was also told I was too hostile so they would not work with me. This was after I asked if we could face time so I could show them my credentials...isn't that just as good as being there? I have booked rooms with this establishment a few times as a gift for my family, they have always checked in with no issues. If anyone reading this can provide further information it would be appreciated. I have asked for their terms and conditions along with my receipt that states said document/approval.

UPDATE: I received full credit for the booking. They found a room across the freeway from the lodge for my family; mind you nothing close to the room I paid for but none the less, they didn't have to drive home that evening. I wish I could attach the document they required. It clearly states it has to be faxed back with a copy of your ID. They made a mistake but tried to cover it up with this document, why didn't they request this document the first 2 times my son approached them?. They already had my family checked in and they told them twice to come back for their room key because the room wasn't ready. It wasn't until 6pm that evening that they decided they were not able to accommodate their guests so out comes the document that you can't return.....turing fault on the guests. Why could they not admit their mistake. Customer service at this establishment is the worse I've ever...
