I placed an online order and have never had any issues at this location the 3 previous time's I visited. Yesterday I had the worse experience involving one of the employees deliberately placing hair and dirt in the pizza cheese and tried to conceal the act by dicing the pizza up in small square, rectangular, and diced slices. Upon picking up my order and leaving I noticed the way the pizza was chopped up. I proceeded to showed the employee he kinda looked around at the other employees as he giggled, they literally laughed and all walked to the back of the store, out of sight, every last one of them. As this is going on the manager overseeing the store was standing right there the entire time (making pizza Dough) over hearing the situation and not once acted as a manager by intervening in an attempt to correct the matter, that's what managers are for right?!. She didn't seem to care. I wasn't aware of her being the manager initially until I spoke with her regarding the matter. She immediately became dismissive and offended as I voiced my concern. I asked who was responsible for chopping the pizza?. I was respectful but also concerned considering all the employee's working have been employed for awhile and are aware of how pizza should be cut therfore the condition my pizza was an indication that it was a deliberate act and also made me feel that possibly something else could've been done to my food so as I precaution I wanted to know who handled the pizza in case anything happened after consuming, the appropriate person could be held accountable. She refused to tell me who made the pizza and instead became very condescending and raising her voice. Despite her treatment of me I remained calm asking why was she speaking to me in a disrespectful way considering she too should be concerned . My concerns were legitimate, and valid. With an attitude, she passively aggressively says "well I'll make you another pizza"; granted! But after being spoken to with such disregard and the initial intent behind the condition of my pizza I didn't feel comfortable eating from their establishment; I just wanted a refund. I told her I would be contacting corporate and I'm going to record the way I was being mishandled which was very unprofessional. She then yelled at me, while gesturing her hand towards the door "GET OUT!". I was appalled and shocked at her behavior. She then grabs the keys and speed walks around the counter towards me, walks directly in my personal space in a threatening manner as if she was going to hit me. I calmly told her she needs to back up and asked why did she walked in my face?. It happened so fast and unexpectedly. She then walked to the phone and called the police, Although there was no legitimate reason to call the police aside from her unprofessional behavior. I walked out of the store to deescalate the situation and wait for the police. She followed me and locked the door. I was very respectful to her and only wanted to understand the situation surrounding my pizza. Because she was having a bad day she mishandled the situation. Upon getting home I checked the pizza further and as I suspected, there were several strands of hair grinded up in the cheese and black stuff on the back of the pizza. It was disgusting!. It looked like they threw the pizza on the floor. This explains why the employee's disappeared to the back of the store laughing, and why she immediately became defensive. They collectively and deliberately messed with my food. She also stated that some of the employees were in training but that wasn't true. I have the police report with her making this statement, a blatant lie. She also admitted to the officer that she approached me "to confront me" behavior that's prohibited which is also in the police report. She also band me from the store. I've contacted corporate regarding this matter to have an investigation conducted. I've requested the camera's pulled to see who was responsible for deliberately contaminating my food. Second time my aunt ordered there and asked me if I would go pick it up for her. I didn't want to because I knew it would be more BS but I did. Went in 35 minutes to pick it up and they said they didn't know what order I was talking about. They found it, and yelled "Order 57" back to the people making pizza so they knew what order it was.
