Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kendall

UPDATE: after not coming here for 2 years from my previous review, I can gladly say that their customer service has changed. iliana was super nice and outgoing, a complete 360° from the experience that I had from my previous review of 2 yrs ago.

—Previous review: I went in with my sister to get some coffee and donuts, When I told the lady in the cashier that I wanted a French Vanilla Iced Coffee, she looked at me like if im crazy, im guessing she didn't understand me so I told her in spanish exactly what I wanted and she straight up told me that they don't do that here and it doesn't exist.. LOL!! I told her if it "doesn't exist", why is it on the menu? This isn't my first time ordering this. She then called the other lady that was inside and told me with attitude in spanish "Que es lo que tu quiere? Porque lo que tu quiere aqui eso no lo vendemos, ni lo hacemos" I was fed up already and didn't order anything. Don't bother coming here if you don't know any spanish,...

They Try but They're not prepared to Work in the service Industry. I suggest They train to make coffee cause a nice smile & welcome to dunking doughnuts is not gonna make it GETS MY ORDER RIGHT for CRYING OUT LOUD!!!!! & get that smirk off your face!!! When this opened the service was great! But in the last year it has gone downhill. Service is not as friendly, and there is almost always something wrong with my order. I order on my phone to save time...but not if you order from here. Sometimes it's not ready (and I order with a realistic time frame) or it's wrong.
