I have gone here a few times with no issues at all and no complaints but today the experience was disappointing and uncomfortable. I had ordered through the Taco Bell app and when I arrived my order was ready and was behind the register, so naturally I stood there and waited for someone to help me get my order. When the young man came over to help me I told him my name and that I had an order, that must've offended him because he then stared at me like I had murdered his family and asked to see my order on the Taco Bell app. After showering him the app (it just says order ready no order number) he picks up my food from behind the register and puts it in front of me and ask to see my phone again, this time he takes it fully out of my hands and stares at it for what felt like 30 seconds without scrolling or touching the screen then gives me that same disturbing look and lets me take my order. Now I would've been fine with it there but I had ordered a bowl and this taco bell does not have any forks in the dinning area, just a sign that says ask for a fork, so I went back to the register and asked for a fork and the man's response was "oh I'm sorry" then he proceeded to slowly walk to where they keep the forks and slowly walk back to me (the whole time making eye contact with me) then when it came to handing me the fork he held it up like I was a dog begging for a treat. I will be uninstalling the app so I am no longer tempted...
Read moreI’ve only come a few times but the food is consistently good and fresh. I needed to head home after work but ordered in the lobby during the night rush — my order was kindly expedited when I requested a refund (again my fault, not theirs!) and was ready in a few minutes. Staff were very respectful, but honest about wait times. The drive-thru line and lobby were very full!
I was also given a couple free taco coupons, which I didn’t realize until I got home! Totally unecessary, but I’m extremely appreciative.
That leads me to myy only real complaint: the night staff is clearly not supported enough! They need WAY more people to accomadate a drive-thru on one of the busiest roads in town, especially over the weekend! I work a similar job, so I completely understand the stress of being on an understaffed BUSY shift. Customers/delivery drivers get heated as a result, the staff gets yelled at, and then everyone’s miserable …. Better care of staff = better service...
Read moreCame into the restaurant to pick up an app order I placed around 7pm. The restaurant was not busy (I was the only customer) and they had 5 individuals working that evening.
I saw them making my order but when I got back home all the items were poorly made. The Mexican Pizza was put in such a way that it was all crushed by the time I opened it. Items were missing or replaced by something else we did not order.
I just want to understand that even though you are not busy how do you manage to mess up an order this badly. I would avoid this location...
