Wendy's — Restaurant in Kendall

This Wendy's sucks. The girl at the drive-through register sounds like she either just ate a handful of Xanax or really hates her job. While ordering my sandwich after having to wait for her to "figure things out" she tells me they have no tomatoes. How does a fast food restaurant that serves sandwiches and hamburgers as their main meal run out of tomatoes when they are in the same shopping plaza as a Publix? No I'm not picky about there not being any tomatoes but I waited in line for 20 minutes to get to a register where the person taking my order sounds like she's too tired to understand what I'm telling her asked me to hold on before I can even order so she can figure things out and then the very first thing I order she tells me she doesn't have . Wendy's if you're making your 12-year-old employees work past their bedtime you should probably think about hiring somebody who's up a little later at night to man your drive-through and gives a first impression...

We visited this Wendy's on 10/24/2020.The Cashier was wearing gloves, we paid with cash. When he started to get the sodas he did not change his gloves. We told the manager in charge about this and he was a little angry about confronting him. After this the employee changed his gloves. We bought the 4 for 4 value meals, the spicy chicken. Sorry to say the chicken tasted like it had been microwaved to heat. The sandwich was not fresh. My wife was going to put sause on her sandwich and noticed the 1 piece of lettuce was bad. Black areas all over the leaf. The nuggets and fries were ok. This is not the first time the food is not to your standards at this site. This is the first time I'm complaining.
