Today at exactly 10 am when their store opened I ordered a whole tray of breaded fish, rice ( unless the girl who’s taking the order didn’t hear it ), and vegetable. Then I changed my mind and decided to have black bean soup instead of the vege. And the girl asked, “is that all?” Then I continued saying “ just give me extra tartar sauce. “ Then she told me it will take an hour. For me its ok since the store just opened. I was suffering from GI upset for two days and today is the only time I feel of really eating food. The delivery came 10 minutes before 12 noon and the packaging looks different to me. So when I opened, of course something missing, the rice. I called back and the same girl answered the phone and she insisted I did not mentioned about the rice which in fact I said first, ‘rice with breaded fish.’ I don’t know if this is under a new management because when I used to order over the phone before, the lady will repeat back the customer’s order. So this new girl keep insisting that she is right and I am wrong. Of course I started raising my voice. This girl doesn’t care about the customer and all she does is to give poor alibi. Then she told me rice will be coming when the delivery boy comes back. But it takes me 3 calls for them to response. The last time I called and asked to speak to the manager, she answered, “oh he will come this afternoon at 5.” Then I asked her name but she also refused. The rice was delivered to me at 1:20 pm which then I already lost my appetite. Also the the breaded fish looks dry and fully covered with bread crumbs. This is a very poor service. I hope the manager read my comment and try to solve the issue starting with your girl who takes order over the phone. I bet ‘will not order back to this...

I called in my order for pickup. They got my order wrong and my name wrong. I ordered a whole chicken and full order of beef ribs with rice, fries, and black beans. When I got there, my name was wrong and they made half a chicken and half beef ribs. I had to wait an extra 25 minutes on top of the original 35 minutes to get my correct whole chicken and 4 beef ribs with sides. I live a half a block away and when I got home the chicken was cold, burned, and dry. The beef was cold, dry, overcooked to well done when I ordered medium. The fries and Spanish potatoes were cold, browned, overcooked, and hard. It’s like they never change the dirty fryer oil. The only thing edible was the rice and black beans, although they were cold. These Brazilians take no pride in their product and don’t know anything about barbecue. They don’t seem to care. Save yourself the time and money and avoid this place at all costs. You will regret eating here and definitely ordering food for pickup. I have regretted every time I ordered from here. This...

First time visiting. Have passed this place a thousand times. We decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did. As far as the decor, nothin special. But still nice. We ordered two appetizers. The shrimp and the cherizo. I wasn't crazy about the shrimp. Everyone else enjoyed them. The cherizo was very good. Then came the main course. Each comes with 2 sides. Your options are Vegetables, rice, beans or french fries. We all chose the vegetables and rice. First, chicken and rice. Chicken was so moist and flavorful. They have an option of a half or full. I'll tell you right now even the half is a lot of food. Second, A chicken sandwich. Wasn't bad but not really anything you would order again. 3rd, the backyard steak. This plate was huge!
