IF YOU LIKE MATCHA, DON'T COME HERE I visited this place because they did an amazing job reaching out to the community when they opened. The staff is friendly and the line, while long, moves quickly.
The drive thru is an issue, you don't know where the line starts and it's hard to come into the parking lot when it's so long it blocks the way.
I came here because I checked their menu online and they had so many options of sugar free flavors and syrups. The ladies helping the line were helpful and willing to ask a team member when they don't know an answer themselves.
If you come here for a matcha latte, don't. I was so excited because the menu online said they had a variety of sugar free flavors. Come to find out the matcha powder comes with added sugar. Okay, I'll bite the bullet and drink it with the added sugar. Well, look at the picture. Any matcha drinker will tell you that a matcha latte that is this pale of a green will taste like milk only.
But wait, you can't add more matcha scoops unless you want more unnecessary sugar in your drink.
To the trash it goes. 8 dollars wasted and a pit stop at walmart to get matcha powder and milk to do it myself.
7Brew, it's literally harder to do what you did (find matcha with added sugar) than what you had to do (just buy regular matcha with no additives). Give your customers the opportunity to enjoy your drinks despite our medical (diabetic) or dietary (low calorie/sugar diet) restrictions.
Your customers will appreciate the ability to customize the...

It was my first time going there and there was no menu until I pulled all the way to the END of the drive thru. While I was pulling up, a teenage staff member kept asking me what I wanted while continuously doing that while I did not have access to a MENU. Baffled, I asked what she recommend because there was NO MENU. I felt bad holding up a potential line so I ordered one of the staff members recommendations.
The staff member was okay but was very cheerful while holding an iPad and I felt bad for not tipping them. But I still did because they gave me a recommendation when I asked for one. They need training like give out a menu or they could’ve showed me the menu on their iPad. Instead they spent 90% of the time telling me to keep going forward in the drive thru line while using the other 10% for asking me what I wanted to order when I didn’t know what to order.
The coffee was decent if you like flavored syrupy coffee. I definitely don’t think it was worth the $9 I spent especially in this economy. And also especially how I can get a Celsius and sparking water for $3 at Walmart or target.
Honestly, their drive thru needs to change or else more people could potentially be pissed. You don’t put a menu at the end of the drive thru line and try to take a customers order in the middle of the line without giving a menu.
And fyi, our boba places in Metairie offer 10000x better service and could use more love and customers than this. Very...
Read moreThis place needs serious, serious help service wise. I travel a lot for work and this is the worst 7Brew I’ve ever been to. Consistently. See my photo - they always clear out one lane at a time. They don’t take orders in both lanes and go as they should. This morning I decided to give them another second chance (of many) and was again disappointed. They don’t take orders down the line in the morning - they wait for you to get to the top place in line before even taking your order. Every single time I come to this location I wait 20-30+ minutes. I can go to any other coffee shop close by and get service in a quarter of the time. I frequently go to the Baton Rouge and Hammond 7 Brews and they put this one to shame. It needs better management. I live less than five minutes from this location so I have been dozens of times, each time hoping they got their act together, and I’m disappointed every time. I’ve pulled off after paying numerous times because I couldn’t wait...
