Dippin' Dots — Restaurant in Kenner

The ONLY reason it is 2 stars and not 1 is because of the dark haired older lady. She was kind to my nephew who has Autism. He was trying to decide what he wanted and she let him sample some first. He enjoyed his "birthday cake dots" and I can never thank her enough. Unless she is there, I will NOT return because of an incident with an older heavyset woman with short white/gray hair. She was MEAN! I tried to show her the email for the free birthday ice cream and she told me I needed to print a form, so I went to a store where my friends work and used a computer to print the email. There was no "form" in the email, but at least the printout showed proof, right? Wrong! She rudely told me that she was not going to honor that and went on to say that she needed the form for "inventory purposes." At this point I was like WTF! Inventory? Are you serious? Count the little dots....I mean, HOW? I called corporate and they did absolutely NOTHING except tell her. Well, this CRAZY OLD B....H came down to the store where my friends were working and YELLED at all 3 of us in front of our customers! YEAH, very professional old lady. You need to retire. Oh and on another note, I guess corporate doesn't mind her being on her phone and being rude to every customer that walks up and disturbs her phone calls. Dippin Dots, y'all lost out big time on lots of business. I run a summer/holiday camp and take the kids on field trips. Your place will not be one of our stops. They need to close that dump of a mall you're in anyway. It's unsafe and a haven for...
