MrJims.Pizza — Restaurant in Kenner

I ordered from here and my pizza arrive 1:26 after I placed my order. When you order, the email says the pizza will be delivered in 35-40 minutes. I live under a mile away from the kenner location. I had an order of 6 pizzas and even called after placing my online order to make sure it was received. I didn't get a phone call notifying me my order would be late until after 50 minutes I placed my initial order. For all of this (my party was planned around pizza arriving after a certain time) I was offered nothing until after i I ti speak to a manager where u was offered a free pizza on a future order. I even spoke to the manager and requested a partial refund. I was told there was an influx of orders at the same time i placed my order.... seems like an awful excuse to me. I was not satisfied in any way, shape, or form from my customer service here. They only received 2 stars because the pizza itself was...

I ordered Mr Jims Pizza while staying in the Hilton for quarantine before going to work. The hotel was supposed to be supplying food but failed to do so at least for me. I ordered a large Better Cheddar Burger pizza and added mushrooms and black olives. The pizza was great and the toppings was a nice mix of meat and vegetables. I also got the bread sticks with butter garlic dipping sauce that gets right on the edge of being to much butter without going over. The delivery brought it to my door for contactless delivery and was as friendly as one can be when separated by a door. I hope tomorrow I can get the hotel food straightened out but if not Mr Jims...

The Pizza, the CinStix, and the brownies - just WOW Awesome. Very tasty - the double pepperoni and extra cheese pizza special was fabulous. The sauce is very good - plenty of toppings to add to this great taste. The CinStix and icing were great and flavorful. The brownie is not for the faint of heart - what it lacks in size makes up for in quality and taste. Rarely do I get stuff from a restaurant where EVERYTHING is great, usually all just really good, but this place knocks it out of the park. ...
