Reginelli's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Kenner

I came to this Reginelli’s location after taking my kids to the circus at the Pontrachain center. After a long day of activities with the kids we chose to come here. So they can continue their fun by creating their own personalized pizzas that you all offer. I’ve been to several Reginelli’s Locations and thus by far was the worst service that I’ve ever experienced. Our waiter was Valessca B, when we walked in the energy was awful. Her attitude was horrible! My kids and I were very excited because we left the circus and were ready to build pizzas and finish enjoying our evening . She acted as if we weren’t supposed to be there because it was late im not sure exactly what the problem was but I hate that me and my kids encountered something so negative like that after a full day of enjoyment. Reginelli’s you all should do better and talk to your workers. They should work their entire shift with a smile on their face, treating each customer with the upmost respect no matter how late in the shift it is. ( we arrived at about 9:45pm, closing time was at 11pm) …

My wife and I went on vacation to New Orleans, French Quarters. We decided to order delivery on our last night and had it delivered to our hotel. My wife came down with food poisoning instantly, it was so bad that we thought we would miss our flight. I called the restaurant to report the issue out of fear that the same would happen to someone else, the manager did not seem to care one bit. He explained that they had sold 10 sandwiches and that it could not have came from the sandwich because no one else called. As an employee with the Health Department, his response lacked sympathy and knowledge. I explained that I did not want a refund and that I only wished to report the issue to be sure that the food handling procedures be reviewed...

We recently hosted my son’s 4th birthday party at Reginelli’s in Kenner, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The general manager and her entire team — from the servers to the kitchen staff — went above and beyond to help us create a successful and memorable celebration. With a group full of energetic kids, things were naturally a bit chaotic at times, but the staff handled everything with patience, efficiency, and genuine warmth. The service was outstanding, and the pizza was absolutely delicious — every guest raved about it. We truly appreciate the effort and care that went into making the day special.
