Beware of this place...if it doesn’t work when you get it home they DO NOT WANT to exchange and if you do get them to you need to be ready for a fight to get an exchange. What you purchase is what you keep in their eyes. The girl was very rude and told us the answer was NO to exchange and didn’t have to deal with the problem and walked off. The owner came in after my husband told her he would wait on the owner until he got there. Once he got there he said he didn’t want to deal with this today and just exchange and get it over with. My husband drove 4 hrs total to purchase a significant amount of Life Proof flooring and 4 boxes of a different color from rest would not snap together. This was only reason for exchange.....it did not work with original color we purchased at same time. We thought would be no problem to exchange this. Even though they finally did exchange it was quiet an ordeal. I would suggest you pay more for the product at a store that exchanges without feeling you’ve done something wrong by the product not working for you and going thru...

Buyer beware. Purchased 3 fans from here. You can not return only exchange if it’s defective. The fans work but the lights on them are EXTREMELY dull. One of them barely lights the room and makes noise when the fan is on the highest setting. The other one is also a dull light and even when on the highest setting you barely feel any air (and yes it’s turning in the right direction) sometimes the light turns on when we flip the switch even though we’ve pulled the cord for it to be off. And lastly the one we put outside, the light will short out and turn off randomly but then will cut back on when we flip the switch off and on. I do not recommend that you waste your money here. Do not buy anything from this store!! Stop now. I bought a vanity that was too big for our bathroom remodel. It cost $1200. When I spoke to a manager she was unwilling to do anything to work with us. She said "There is not a reason why we cannot exchange it. We just don't do it. Even if you would have bought it and not picked it up yet, you still would not be able to exchange it." I think this is absolutely ridiculous, and even worse is their customer service. They are rude and short tempered. If I could do negative...
