Stopped by this store to pick up my wife’s prescription medicine after wife having c section. The store only provided 2 of the 3 prescriptions called in. Of course they forgot her Percocet which is quite important given that she had a c section. My mother stopped through the store on the way to come see her granddaughter and the store claimed they did not receive the prescription from the hospital. I find it EXTREMELY odd that only 1 of the 3 scripts were not called in. We, of course, called they hospital and they confirmed this was called in. Went back to the store for medicine the 3rd time while my wife is at home in pain with our newborn daughter. The employee claimed this prescription was not called in again and I showed them the hospital paperwork and voicemail as proof. The pharmacist was called over and she was extremely rude and unhelpful - even hinting we were trying to pull a fast one. Had to request she call the hospital (would have thought this to be common sense on her part given the proof I already provided). The hospital called her back multiple times confirming the prescription for my wife. Of course no apology or even acknowledgement from the pharmacist that they called her until we asked to confirm she finally was filling my wife’s prescription. Again I find it very odd that they received 2 of the 3 prescriptions only and of course they did not get the opioid pain medicine. I have sent a note to corporate that they may want to check the pill log at this place as this all seems...
Read moreI would leave no stars if it was an option. I went into the minute clinic this morning On Jiles and Cobb Parkway I was seen by nurse practitioner Janie Dinh. I told them I had a muscle that was knotted and would not let go even with heat, ice, tens machine and exercise. When I was being checked in, I told the nurse that I just needed a cortisone shot in that muscle. That I have had this issue before. I asked is this something you can do here since I had never been to a minute clinic before. She said and I quote yes, we should be able to. Then I was sent to the nurse practitioner. She asked me what the issue was and again I explain the same thing about the muscle and just needed a cortisone shot. She never once told me till the end of the visit that they could not do a cortisone shot. I was not happy and told her that also. That they had multiple times to tell me before the visit that they could not do cortisone shot when they knew that was what I needed. I have had this issue before and that helps it. I felt deceived and misled to believe they could and would help me. I was charged a $139.00 for them to tell me they could not help me. Stay clear they don't care about you or your issues. They screwed me out of money, and they will you too. Even speaking to customer service and she agreed that I was misled...
Read moreI've been to this location twice. You almost need the ability to write two reviews as my first experience was great, 5 star. I was there to see the NP in the Minute Clinic and she was very thorough. The pharmacy was super efficient and very quick despite the volume they were dealing with. I had to call the Minute Clinic a few days later as I was having adverse reactions to the medications. The lady I spoke to was kind and efficient. I went inside to pick up another prescription, a nice gentleman came from of the floor in plain clothes and helped me. The pharmacists (assuming she was a pharmacist as she was the only one behind the counter in uniform) was interacting with completely took me back. She was not trying to be quiet or private about her conversation. She was happy this employee was there and used an explicit word to describe her excitement, loudly. Then she went on to explain apparently how bad the work day must have been as she described it twice as a $!*# show. I would call and talk to someone in charge but they never answered the phone. So a review is the...
