THE WORST Arby's and its only because of the STAFF!! I walked in Arby's and ordered 3 sliders and 3 lemonades. And I noticed the staff was very rude about my order. They had my food ready withing a couple minutes. I noticed my food order just continued to sit in the warmer. So waited OVER 12 minutes for my food. I asked why it was taking so long and I politely let the staff know I was waiting. the staff was EXTREMELY rude to me for no reason. They kept telling me they were busy! and handling only drive thru orders. what upset me the most was people were coming through the drive through after I ordered my food and leaving before me with their food. I was not the only customer who was waiting for a really long time. They even wanted a refund as well! The Arby's staff didn't even apologize to me they just kept saying. if I wanted to work come work for them instead. At this point I was ready for a refund. The only reason why I didn't get one was because I needed to feed my kids. By the time I received my food it was absolutely disgusting mushy and gross and very unappetizing. I had to throw my sliders away I was so mad. I'm so sick of the staff at this location. I have been here and been disrespected multiple times. But chose not to say anything. Well now I am. If this is how the staff is in general! then I don't want no part of it. The managers don't do anything about it. Honestly Arby's has lost me as a customer because I won't tolerate paying for food and be disrespected by staff. Read moreThis Arby's used to be pretty good. Lately however, their quality of food and attention to detail have fallen dramatically. I had stopped going to this particular Arby's but last weekend decided to give them another go. Sadly it is the last time I will waste money here.
The smokehouse brisket sandwich hardly had any meat on it, and the sandwich itself seemed cold. It was also missing the onion curls that normally come on it.
I went back to the restaurant and went in to ask for a replacement due to it missing ingredients. After standing there in front of the counter being completely ignored for several minutes, I finally was able to get the attention of one of the workers. When I explained what was wrong all I got was "We're out of those" and the worker turned back around and acted as if I was never there. No offer of a refund, no offer of apology, just a curt response and back to making subpar food with missing ingredients.
Now I understand restaurants having a difficult issue right now with supply issues, but if someone orders a sandwich that you don't have ingredients for, convey that to the customer! It isn't that hard to do, you just say the words, "We are out of (insert missing ingredient here)."
From now on if I want Arby's, I'll find a different location. With everything getting more expensive nowadays, why waste hard earned money at a place that clearly doesn't care about...
Read moreThe worst. Ordered in the drive thru, and they told me to park and my order would be out soon. Waited for 10 minutes in the parking lot for my order, started calling to find out if there was an issue but no one answered. I called three times, before I finally pulled my two young children out of the car to go in and find out about my food. As soon as I come in, a guy with my order starts heading my way with my bags of food; I tell him let's go back to the counter, I am upset and have been waiting for 10 minutes. He proceeds to cuss me out about being unreasonable and that everyone is waiting. I never cussed, I only tried to explain that I had been trying to call and had been waiting for quite a while. I ended up with three other workers yelling and cussing at me. I kept trying to explain that I understand waiting but no one communicated with me for how long and they wouldn't answer the phone for me to check. I finally just let them know I wanted a refund but they refused. They left me standing there with my order and would not help me. I finally took the food and left.
