As the bride-to-be, I couldn't have asked for a more perfect and delightful experience than the private chocolate event at Baum's Chocolate for my bachelorette party. I've always been a chocolate lover, and the idea of spending quality time with my closest friends while indulging in sweet treats was the best gift I could ever ask for.
Baum's went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, and they were genuinely excited to be a part of our special day.
On the day of the event, walking into the chocolate shop felt like stepping into a cozy paradise of cocoa and confections. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and I instantly knew we were in for something extraordinary.
Our chocolatier, Mindy, was an absolute gem. Her passion for chocolate was contagious, and she made the entire experience so much fun. She shared fascinating insights about the world of chocolate, from its origins to the different flavor profiles we could expect. I felt like I was on a chocolate adventure!
To top it off, Baum's Chocolate surprised me with a beautifully wrapped box of assorted chocolates, personalized just for me. The gesture made me feel incredibly special, and I couldn't have asked for a better way to end the day.

Read moreI've gone to this place for years, I have 3 kids and have gotten balloons for each of their partys at this place typically and have spent a good amount of money with this business. In March of 2017 I had ordered balloons for someone's birthday and decided to pay when I made the order instead of picking them up. I had called more than 48 hours in advance to let them know the event had been cancelled and I couldn't use them anymore. The lady refused to give me a refund, which doesn't make sense because I could've cancelled before picking them up and paying then. She said she'd give me a refund and didn't advise further. Fast forward to just recently and apparently the credit or record of the credit is no where to be found. I've been waiting since Thursday for the company to receive some type of receipt from the accountant and then see what the owner says from there. Called in today, was told I'd receive a call back very soon (never did) and called back four hours later to be told the exact same thing. Not pleased with the customer service at all, from the lost credit to the broken promise follow up. Read moreI purchased some LED balloons and took them to Baum’s to see if they could inflate them as Prom decor. They assured me they’ve used them before and it wouldn’t be a problem. They said two popped because they had holes in them, and admitted they weren’t floating right when they handed them over. They said they were bad balloons; except I had a sample blown up at the store I’d bought them from that worked just fine. I would’ve had that store blow them up but they ran out of helium and couldn’t fill my order. I had also asked for extra long strings, but as the picture shows I got a hodgepodge instead. Two balloons didn’t float at all, even though they were fully inflated. Some were less inflated than others. I won’t be using this store for helium in the future, and don’t recommend...
