Bruchi's — Restaurant in Kennewick

Very disappointed in the management during my visit. Ordered a sandwich with no cheese, since I have a SEVERE dairy allergy. I get my order number and sit down and an employee brings me my sandwich which had cheese on it. I ask them to remake it and explain my case. The manager comes back and says he doesn’t understand what’s wrong. I explain to him and he says is MY fault for grabbing the wrong sandwich, when in fact it was brought to me. He argues with me for a minute how this was my fault, and not the restaurant’s fault. It turns out they gave my original sandwich to another customer, but still, it doesn’t excuse his rude behavior. The soda machines also were dispensing black gunk from the nozzles, which means they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The rest of the staff were kind and understanding, and I commend them. I’ve worked in both food service and management for years, and I am very disappointed in Bruchi’s management and the way they treat their customers. I will not be returning nor will I be recommending this...

I don't know what happened to the old Bruchi's on Kennewick Ave, but their food was always great. This new location is having problems. Customer service is usually great when I walk in the store, but usually not great in the drive thru. I don't know why that is but it is what it is. The most important problem that needs fixed is the sandwich quality. My bread is soaked, soggy, nasty. It looks like they dumped a cup of water over my sandwich by the time I get home with it. The paper is soaked and stuck to the sandwich. I don't know what you do to your sandwiches but I never had this problem at the old Kenn Ave location, nor the Burden St in Pasco. Just this one. Maybe the meat needs cooked just a little longer to get some of the steam out, maybe there needs to be less juice off the grill thrown into the bun... I dont know. But something needs fixed because it's gross, and disappointing, and I'm not paying for that kind of...

Just moved to Kennewick and this was one of the first local places that I stopped in at. Got the 8" supreme cheese steak combo with fries and drink. My fiancee got the bacon and cheddar cheese steak. Both sandwiches were on point for not being a cheese steak from Philly. The fries were ok, not the greatest but far from the worst I've ever had. The customer service here was really good, perhaps some of the best that I have seen in a long while. Overall I gave this place a 5 star because of the customer service and I will definitely be back because of it and the good food.
