La Placita Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Kennewick

I cannot believe the service that we got there oh, it was so bad I was shocked for such a small restaurant as it was to give such bad service me and my wife and daughter we're one of the few people in that restaurant two others were waiting for orders to go that me and my wife and daughter stayed there and sat to have lunch because my wife heard it was a good place to go. But after going there and receiving such bad service we were shocked to experience what we experience the waitress got our order wrong and then charged us and forced us to pay for the messed up order and she never took the time to wait on us or check if we need anyting she gave us one drink and then kept charges for every other drink knowing that refills are supposed to be free she didn't communicate anything to us and like I said totally got my orders wrong we wind up pain up to $80 for lunch for two people and a child and they refuse to fix it or to make it right on top of that the food tasted bad it wasn't cooked all the way through and it just wasn't worth the money that we spent expecting something good from a Hispanic restaurant we could have got better service at McDonald's and paid less...

I ordered, ubereats from this place take out, I enjoy the food, I order at this restaurant all the time. So two days ago I ordered super nachos no meat, when you order on the app,it requires you pick a meat option,so I had to put ground beef,in the instructions I put no meat at all,I have a allergy.So they put meat on my nacho then I call back to tell them,the lady barely can understand,or speak English,I'm trying to explain what happened,then she tells the cook,he agrues and sounds rude saying it day's ground beef,so I try to explain what happened,not being rude at all,I go up to get my remake,the cook looks at me rudely, I get the remake go home open it up, it's less nachos, no pico, and just cheese all I said was no meat. Listen people have more important things in they life, then trying to hustle a free nacho, I doubt anything will be done, so your restaurant,will not see no more money from me.I don't like being treated like a criminal,when a cook messes up. Please treat the next person...

Usually it’s a good spot, but tonight we went for dinner and there service was horrible, it was about 7pm the two girls their were more worried about they’re Friday night karaoke, they don’t look up or over to you to see if you need anything we had to go find them each time we needed a refill or anything not to mention they forgot one of our sodas until we finally said something, and the music was lame, they were playing some slow romantic music like it was valentines or something, and we asked them to change it to better music, so then they play reggaeton..Omg! Read the room see your early crowd there, it’s a Mexican restaurant play some damn good music! If I want to see videos with half naked people I’d go to the club.. disappointed to the max, I felt bad I told my brother he’d enjoy the restaurant, it was lame to the max!
