Trejo's Taco Factory — Restaurant in Kennewick

My lady and I had been wanting to stop into the food court here for a while after it had been open and finally had a day to spend together after I was recovering from being sick. After a few errands, we were both hungry and settled on coming here. Crowned Best Taco in 2021? I'd love to be the judge of that. I walked up to the counter and ordered two of asada and two of adobada for myself with avocado on top. Same for my lady, without avocado. I will say, the prices are a bit steep... I will forever say this; you get what you pay for! The packaged tortillas were crisp on the edges and soft on the inside, with the possibility of being cooked in meat fat. I noticed the flavor being stuck on them, and I enjoyed it so much. My lady noticed the asada tasted very smoky as if it had come out of the grill, and I was amazed at how she captured that so fast! She also loved the radishes, noting how fresh and crisp they were! The adobada was our favorite, though, with such tender, juicy, and savory flavor cutting all the way through. We both agreed that this is the best taco truck we had ever been to since we started dating, and that speaks volumes. this place would be better skipped. my experience was exausting I ordered 4 tacos and 2 sopes. they charged me for the order. I go to pickup and they give me six tacos. so i go back and say i ordered somthing different then what i got. so she proceeds to try to make a new order. so i say "thats not what i ordered. why are you trying to charge me a new order?" so she says bring back the tacos and she will fix it. i take back the tacos and she tries to delete the tacos from someone else's order and recharge me for sopes. so i tell her my ticket already has sopes you gave me taco's in the place of sopes. then she proceeds to tell me im wrong and shee needs my card to charge it. these people are mean rude and do not care about their customers. the other taco truck two steps away is definitely a better choice. my problem was not resolved and linda and lydia will most likely still be there making dry bland tacos and messing up orders days to come. I stopped by The Hub today and saw Trejo's Mexican Restaurant. My usual go to is Asada pretty much anywhere I go if they have it, but today I chose to order their Tacos Gobernador (Shrimp Tacos). FLAVOR HEAVEN Y'ALL!! It was love at first bite, the cheese, the nice and flavorful shrimp...delicious! I'll for sure keep coming back for these tacos because they are killer!! Their customer service was top notch too. Once you place an order with them, they hand you a beeper that will make a noise once your order is ready. Really convenient instead of having to auction out orders to folks. You can also choose anywhere to eat inside or out at The Hub or take them home and enjoy them!
