Three Rivers Convention Center — Attraction in Kennewick

I attended this beautifully designed facility recently and was very impressed by the overall atmosphere of the place. The design of the entrance corridor immediately grabs your attention. I liked the surrounding sectional glass panel walls, the high ceiling designs, the way the lobby wraps around the front of the great halls in a concave fashion... I mean wow! I'm not an architect, but the city of Kennewick did an outstanding job having this place built. Also, with places like this, with as many people as there tend to be, bathrooms can become pretty unsanitary, but that was NOT the case here. These bathrooms remained nearly immaculate for the entirety of the time I was there. Very impressive. My only problem was the food that the center offered it. Food was extremely limited, there were only a few options as far as meals were concerned, and if you are attempting to find food for a vegetarian, vegan, or someone with gluten allergy symptoms, ha ha, forget about it. Also, it was waaay too expensive; the place was in running with fancy movie theaters and Disneyland as far as food prices went. Overall, an absolutely outstanding place for conferences and other large events...

I like it a lot! It's a little too fancy for me though. I walk in and all of a sudden I get this hottie toty feeling about the place. Everyone's dressed nicely. It's like posh. There's too much staring at other people with their noses up. It's great if you want to dress up and have dinner, Have a good time, spend a lot of money, donate money... etc. If you don't feel like dressing up to go here, don't go here. there was this snack buffet table thing. I asked if I could have a strawberry because my blood sugar is low which is true. They said "no. This is already bought and paid for so I can't give it out. I'm sorry." I said, "okay. I didn't know, no worries." And I walked away. Comments like that and things like that don't happen in a normal scenario. This was a hotty toty scenario. Where everyone is rich posh,...

Excellent facility with well-cared-for conference rooms and meeting rooms to choose from, labeled directional maps for the different rooms were easy to follow and the convention center staff was superior! As conference guests, we wanted for nothing as far as food waiting for us on time in between breaks, very well maintained and clean bathroom facilities and a beautiful main meeting room with plenty of space capable of accommodating at least 200 people and a superb stage for presentations...
