To start things off the owner of the store is extremely cheap. Most things in the store are broken and/or not operating and most of the times do not get fixed for awhile. The district manager just is not right for the job she has. She plays favorites which is very obvious. She was not understanding when it came the employees having a life outside dunkin. She would force employees to come in even if they were sick and throwing up or genuinely had no way to get there (Ex. My friends door got iced over and he couldn't even get into the vehicle). Her along with the owner shorted people on checks and never fixed it. They targeted people in a group chat with all employees(Ex. "I did not hire or transfer you..." (We only had one transfer at the time)). The district manager yelled at people who didnt have a hat or apron, but never ordered any for them to wear. Yelled at employees for unclean uniform (The employees have to wear a white shirt under the apron. Even though there were no aprons to wear). There is only one manager in total which means that employees often do not have anyone to supervise them. The district manager hires immature people who sit on their phones and dont do anything and never punishes them. One employee in particular never turned the alarms in the store on after closing and left the coffee burners on risking the store in every way. They never fired them or yelled at them. They fire people for bogus reasons(Ex. Firing an employee after requesting one day out of the week off for therapy and they had it off for awhile until they were scheduled for that day tried to have someone cover and no one did. Texted the district manager telling her if they didnt go they'd lose their therapist and fired them after not going into work). Also the store is never clean. The iced tea never gets changed out on time(needs to be changed out every 8 hours not once a month or so). One time it was found moldy and chunky. The milk, cream, and skim milk sits for days sometimes weeks before getting changed (often the other employees complain about not wanting to do it and it never gets done). They also save the donuts from the day before to save money even though customers complain about them being to hard and/or stale. When an employee makes a mistake with a drink and it needs to be remade they have to rince the cup and reuse it. The coolatta machine isn't cleaned through out the day and customers complain about their drinks tasting off and/or not right. The food station is never gone through and changed out so most of the food ends up going stale. The cheese gets crusty and the sandwich breads get hard. I have left before after stepping in and seeing her working. And lately, she's been there every single time I go. She never wears a name tag, her hair is always a mess and sticking out everywhere and she's always got food all over her hoodie. Today I went in ordered my drink and asked what type of muffin they had, she huffed turned to look and mumbled off what they had. I couldn't hear her and after the glare I got and huff she gave me I wasn't about to ask again. So I just went with the one I could tell by looking. Then she told me my total. I said "Oh he's getting one too." And pointed to my husband standing next to me. She ROLLED HER EYES and stared at him. He asked for the coolata and pointed at the picture on the menu and she said "We ain't got that." He said ok and asked for another one on the sign in the lobby. She said "We don't got that either." He said "Oh ok, what of those do you have?" She was very irritated in her tone and said "All but them 2." So he said forget it and ordered what I did. Then she gave us the total again. I had a bunch of Baskin Robbins gift cards I've saved up from TMobile Tuesdays and said "I contacted headquarters and they said you can take my Baskin Robbins gift cards here. Do you know if you can?" She just stared at me and didn't say anything. She huffed like she was tired of waiting on me in the whole 5 seconds I waited for her response to my question. So I turned my phone around to show her the gift card and started to ask if she could take it. She scanned it and mumbled something. I said, "I'm sorry I didn't catch that." She got loud and rude AGAIN and said "Insufficient funds!" I said "Oh sorry, is it because it's Baskin Robbins and it's only $4? I have quite a few of them." She said with a sarcastic tone "If it actually had $4 on it, it would have taken it off!" Ok seriously?! Did she just call me a liar over a stupid $4 gift card?    Read morei Waited in line for 30min. I am okay with waiting longer due to COVID I understand but the drive through workers and pretty much all workers today had no idea what they were doing. It seemed like they could not handle any of the orders. Once I was at the window I waited 10 min until I suggested I pull around to the parking lot so they could bring me out my order because I had hot menu items and having worked fast food I understand. I personally would have suggested this from the beginning. These workers were not experienced seems they need some guidance from management on how to handle situations. When I got my order it was still cold and no napkins were provided in my bag. I wonât be returning to this Dukin ever again. I only came because I had a gift card I am extremely disappointed by the service and I donât think itâs just these employeesâ fault I think upper management needs to be training better.also after reading all of the previous reviews from the last 4 months it seems it ever since Covid this establishment has really gone done in their service.
