Chicken was excellent. We were missing a couple of items missing from our order, including a large drink and a slaw. I didn't interact with the crew, but they seemed to be competent.

Atmosphere? If you like modern music blasting in your ears, and you can barely hear the person next to you? Then this is your place. Inside seating is marginal, and more space is allocated to outdoor seating, which in a January Wisconsin winter is pretty pointless. It would have been nice to see the company adapt to the cooler climes up here. Excessive outdoor seating is nice when you're down South, but when it's 10 out, it's not appropriate.

The tenders were of varying sizes, which is acceptable for most food service portions. But $1.81 a tender isn't really that good of a price. But this isn't controlled at the store level.

Actions the branch could act on: Seating. Perhaps that's why I'm being deafened by the music, to not linger and enjoy my food in an unhurried environment. Turn down the music! The music is providing a background for customers, and shouldn't be blasted for employees on the backline to hear it.

I worked next to a giant pizza oven for 30 years, and the music was louder than that.

This won't be a weekly visit, but maybe a once in while place, and definitely to go, making sure, of course, that everything is in your meal as should be.

One month on, it...

I just had the WORST experience ever, went through drive thru, and sat at the speaker for 20 mins. The guy working the speaker was very unprofessional he could have atleast told me to wait or “one second”, but he just kept switching over to take the other people’s order even though I was there before them. People behind me were revving their engines even though it’s not my fault so I ended up just going inside because it was getting ridiculous. I saw There was more employees than costumers so it wasn’t even busy enough for them to be this unprofessional. I had to walk out, the guy who took my order was SOOO rude, I was very clear on what I wanted. It was only two box combos with large drinks and 2 extra sauces. He kept trying to tell me I was saying a different amount of sauces, when I know what I said. It’s not even that big of a deal but he made it such a big deal, I was being very polite until I saw he was making my drinks regulars so I politely said those were supposed to be large and again he had to make it a way bigger deal then it had to be.I don’t care if I’m paying extra for a large that’s why I wanted LARGE. At that point I had to walk out, I couldn’t believe how rude this guy was. Didn’t get one apology, actually I was the one apologizing even though I had no reason to. I’m very upset. Thanks for the experience of crying in my car hungry...

I ordered two of the box meals through the drive-thru when I ordered through the drive-thru they told me it was 2685 I got to the window they started repeating the order to me told me it was 2465 then when I said it needed to be two box meals I was quoted a price of $24.50 2445 and then when I got the meals the garlic bread was great the coleslaw is okay those were the two best things out of the entire box the chicken was very Bland the fries and my meal had very little salt the meal that the my daughter had the fries were so salty she could barely eat them overall not a good experience I understand you guys are brand new store you've opened up about a week ago but I would think after a week of running through the issues that you've had or you've encountered you'd have a better grasp of how to turn out your product consistently the same and it just ain't happening would I recommend this store that somebody else no would I come back to the store I might and maybe 6 months just to see if it's changed any but it's not a store that I would put on my regular got to have for a meal type aspect I hate Popeyes I hate Chick-fil-A I would go to them before I come back to you...

Just wow! I had never had Raising Cane's before and was long excited for this to open in Kenosha and it did not disappoint. I have a deep hatred for Chick-Filet so I was stoked to get another chicken option. As far as fast food chicken goes, these are by far the best chicken fingers I've ever had. The batter on the chicken is so buttery and delicious. Never overcooked, just moist deliciousness. In a state that has no Jack in the Box curly fries or In N Out, these are also the best fries you can get. I mean damn, they are delicious. I was also shocked to learn I LOVED the Canes Sauce. I do not do mayo. Like, at all. But I am glad a friend talked me into trying it because it made the meal. It's a bit busy because it's new to the community so I highly recommend ordering your meal online and then picking it up to go or to dine in. The staff was super fun and energetic and the restaurant and restrooms were clean, well lit and had a bunch of stuff about the town as the decor.

Came on a Saturday afternoon. It was pretty much dead since before it was hard to even find parking or drive thru. It was so long that I wasn't going to wait. We got in and the menu is very small, not bad but all they got is tenders, the sauce was very salty, fries and bread were good but that coleslaw needs huge improvement, just mayo and cabbage. The sweet tea was perfect, but the tenders were very small, and mine had some batter not fried all the way through, and my wife's and little ones were dry, they said. No other sauce than the house made one, and like I said, salty. I don't see why it was so busy for this food, popeyes gives you way bigger tenders and many choices of sauce. I don't see this place ever being that packed ever again. The tenders were the size of my bic lighter

First time at raising canes. The menu is simple making it easy to decide what you want. Ordered the chicken sandwich combo and the 3 tenders. Food did not take very long to come out. The chicken was tender and juicy, the sauce is delicious. Despite it being busy surprisingly our experience was positive. They checked around to ensure that the food was enjoyable. They have an outdoor seating option with some overhead cover for shade or to be out of the rain. Price was reasonable. If you would pay $9 for a big Mac meal you'd probably not mind paying $10 for good quality food and service. The restaurant was clean with employees constantly wiping tables. We love the disco balls on the ceiling
