I use to love this Wendy’s. Food was always right and hot and the staff was more pleasant than most places. But recently the staff is just young adults that think messing with people and being rude is fun. I went and all I ordered was 3 chili baked potatoes. Had no real issue ordering and no issues paying. They asked me to pull up which was fine with me. Made a few calls while I waited and noticed it had been 25 minutes of me waiting there. I looked in my mirror and I could see the staff looking at me and laughing. I decided to give it 5 more minutes and still nothing. So I went back around and just asked for a refund. The manager tried to tell me they went out to look for me but I wasn’t there. They never came out looking for anyone. It took me 1 minute to circle the building and ask for a refund after 30 minutes. The manager then tried to convince me to take the food that I no longer wanted. There was no sorry for the inconvenience no little compensation for waiting 30 minutes for some potatoes. Just tried to tell me that they looked for me and then tried to get me to just take the food. All while the rest of the staff is standing there smirking and giggling. I would have been fine with them just telling me to circle back around because they didn’t want to walk outside. Read moreI placed an order on the Dash app and the general manager Simon refused to release my order. He claimed a pick up order on the Door dash app needs to be picked up by a Dasher which is false. He said that Wendy's have a new agreement where the Dashers have to get pick up and delivery orders. I explained to him he is mistaken because a Dasher would not have any knowledge of a pick up order. He told me he was going to cancel my order and to contact DoorDash for a refund. Bottom line he lied, I contacted DoorDash, and had no reason as why he denied my order being released. He was hostile, disrespectful, aggressive, verbally combative, extremely argumentive, and a liar. I noticed they must had forgotten some of the guy's order in front of me because after receiving his food he was knocking on the window trying to get their attention(there were 3 people standing around the window failing to notice him), but after a while he got his food and was on on his way. As I get to the window they tell me to pull ahead, which I thought was odd because I'd already been sitting in the drive thru for some time, but no biggie. 10 more minutes go by, and I assume they forgot about me at this point, so I parked my car and went in only to be told it still wasn't ready. The establishment was pretty much empty. After about the 20 minute mark they finally hand me the bag, no apologies or anything. Seriously?
