HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I just went to Burger King in Kent address 25240 104th Ave Kent, Wa. I went to the drive through and ordered my food have them my coupon code and then was told to pull up to the window. When I get to the window she gives me the wrong price of $14.78 I said with my coupon my order should be $7.99 plus tax, so like $8.78. Then this other female comes to the window and was the most vile and rude person. She said " so your using a coupon and your complaining why.... the price isn't low enough for you." I was completely shocked at what she said and how she said it. Then she shuts the order window and then tells me the new price of $9.57. I paid with a $20 and as soon as I handed her the money she shoves my food in my face and said next time tell us u have a coupon before you order. Then shuts the window. I drive off and then realized I never got my change. So I turned around and was dreading going back to ask for my change but it was $10 so I was not leaving it behind. So I go back and said I was just her and I took off before I got my change. At first they said no one left change. I repeated my order over 6 times “one order of the family bundle and the code is 7054.” After repeating my order the 4th time, I want to backup my car and leave but there was already a line of cars behind me. So I had to move forward, my order was $18.71 and I give the cashier a $20, she was hoping that I’ll leave her a tip. No, not for that kind of customer service and I checked my order 3 Whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, and 3 fries with 3 packets of ketchup. When she give me my change back, I don’t know if she accidentally or purposely drop my change on the ground. I got out of my car to pick up my change and another Burger King employee yelled at me, “You can get out of your car like that. Hurry up and move your car. Read moreI stopped by there on August 23rd 11:07 p.m. . Sat at the order screen with nobody answering me so went up to the window and knocked with no answer. There was some guys making a delivery so I asked them if they could go back inside and have somebody come out. A lady came out and said they were closed but the sign in the front window said that they were open till midnight instead of their website. The weird thing is I watch three employees walk to their cars just before I pulled into the drive thru. The lady that told me they were closed was not in uniform and would not give me her name. In my personal experience it doesn't matter if you have 50 or one person you keep those doors open and do everything you can make sure your customers are served. I have been going to this Burger King 4 probably close to 25 or 30 years and never had search Forest Service. I'm still baffled as to why you would send home the only employees you have if you're still open till midnight.
