Apart from the place always being so dirty and the trash cans always overflowing, the food is gross. We got fresas con crema along with some tostilocos. You could taste the sourness on the cream that goes on the fresas, meaning that milk was no longer good and they still served it. Just nasty. And the tostilocos had mold in them. Beside all this , customer service could be better. Not saying they were rude. But Ik how customer service works. Most of the time you don’t want to be at work but you’re still professional, show up and do your best ESPECIALLY when the customers aren’t being rude at all. A simple smile can go a long way. When I entered the building they welcomed me and gave off the impression that they would be nice and helpful.. boy was I wrong. They gave us time to figure out what we wanted to order. The first lady that helped us, she seemed okay but her vibe was definitely off, she kept staring at me like I was dumbfounded. As the other ladies are preparing my order, the first lady walks over to them. Not knowing we were fluent in spanish, we overheard them negatively talking about us and mimicking us, mimickinh the way we talked, the way we stood. We ignored it and went about our day. Extremely rude for no reason and the food wasnt even worth it. My food was all watered down and had chunks in it and was soggy, on top of giving us a half melted ice cream bar....

Highly disappointed as a first time customer. They charged me over $10 for this kids size ice cream which was nothing special, no cone or anything aside from a chocolate dust sprinkled and 2 gummy bears plopped on top. I was NOT informed of the cost as they didn’t speak any English whatsoever, but I imagined it wouldn’t be more than $6 at MOST for this since that’s cold stone and anything higher really is artisanal which this is not.
