Stimpy’s Sports Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Kent

Way bigger inside than it appears from the parking lot, with arcade games, ping pong and pool inside, and enclosed outdoor seating. FAST service, excellent portion size, great pricing, perfect size of menu. We randomly found this place while heading home from a Seahawks game last weekend and they took great care of us, our food was awesome, we got 2lbs of wings (all Buffalo sauce) which are hefty hunks of meat compared to the puny ones some places serve. Big freshly cut celery and carrots and a bowl of Bleu cheese dressing. I ate most of it myself on top of a side house salad without croutons. I thought the wings had the perfect amount of pepper on them. We decided to drive all the way back up to Kent from where we live in Tacoma tonight because my husband wanted to try their biscuits and gravy all week. I have a long list of food sensitivities due to Crohn's disease and was able to get the carnivore omelette with a side of vegetables instead of toast and hashbrowns, and they were perfectly salted. The omelette was huge and absolutely packed with cheese, cubed sausage and ham and bacon bits. Husband couldn't even finish his whole dinner so I had his last sausage link too. Says he might try one of the big salads, I almost ordered the Cobb myself. Friendly staff too! We're not on a first name basis but they remembered us from the other night and I like everyone's attitude. I've rarely ever gone to a sports bar to watch a game but this seems like a great spot for that. We will be back for sure, I added this spot to my Maps list of places with keto...

This is the worst place I have ever been...

DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON deal from here !!! I PROMISE, it is an awful place, Most of the bartenders are friends regulars and they let them drink free... This is not a sports bar, they are biased with what sports are available.

We had a Terrible experience here. I see most of the good reviews are from like 3 or 4 years ago but this is new, 2024, August 15th.

I do not recommend coming to this place.

Hey Bar friends !!! There are so many other taverns and sports bars in the area, JJs, Starz, Star Lake Inn, Brickyard, those are food spots with way better food and drink prices, Save yourself the money, the time, and the trouble.

Terrible customer service, they treat their customers horribly. Not Friendly to all races and extremely racially biased. The food is awful and meat is always undercooked.

They weren't playing when they said a loaf of meat... No seasoning on anything and its never tested with a meat thermometer, It's just not good and unsafe.

I don't recommend, neither do most of the folks who live in the vicinity or who I meet at neighboring restaurants/bars.

Do yourself a favor and go down the street so you dont get sick.

Trust me, its not a one time review. Its all the time. I gave this bar so many chances and nothing has changed over 5 years.

Food and drinks were good, but service was terrible from start to finish. Not sure if it was the owner/manger/bouncer who greeted us when we walked in, but invited us to come in and sit down. Before we even sat at our table he came up directly behind me and asked to see my ID. Okay…. I have no issue presenting my ID but you could at least waited until I sat down or just ask for it at the door then. Anyways, tried to brush that off as I know he’s doing his job but then our server gave us attitude the entire time. Waited until we gave her our order to tell us they were out of multiple things and then gave us attitude when we asked “what else are you guys out of?” So we could know before we took another look at the menu. Then gave us attitude when we tried to us our Groupon and wouldn’t let us redeem because of something in the fine print, even though we told her when we sat down that we had a Groupon we wanted to use.
