Starbucks — Restaurant in Kent

Today, I ordered 3 cups of Venti Ice Match Latte, the cashier is the white guy with long hair. He took my order, didn’t do it exactly its recipe when he took his order, tried to put full cup of ice, I vividly said no ice, when I say no Ice please, his face was kind of inpatient. I tell him 3 pumps of pistachio sauce and 3 pumps of classic syrup, but he put 4 instead which is too sweet for me. He is working, but I feel like he doesn’t respect his work. I know I have a lot of customization for my drink, but he should be at least taking the order exactly for 1 drink so he can make the rest two well, but so lazy. Me being a coffee drinker like the old days you drink it out of a pot, but I've been to this particular Starbucks, not really knowing what to get so I have the people that I am chasing the coffee for write it down because I'm not much of a coffee connoisseur. I went to this Starbucks Fred Meyer Redondo 04/22/23 around 12noon. I order Green Tea Latte and Charge me $5.75 and Gave me Hot Water with Tea Bag and i said this is not the one I order and they re-do it and they just put milk with a hot water and tea bag. I said again this is not the green tea i order, the 2 ladys whos doing the drink start talking to me in different language - I dont speak and dont understand and start laughing and talking the language i dont understand.
