I came in used once of the deals from the app. Went to the restroom and was followed up in. Employee left w/o washing her hands! And this is not the first time I've seen this. I came out and was having a conversation with an acquaintance and was rudely interrupted by this young shift mgr...or that's what she claimed. Anyways, she proceeded to tell me that I only had 30 minutes before I had to leave. Now in the past I've come in and ordered my fries and drink and ate those. Then a little while later I would go and order my McDouble and get the deal for buy one get one for a dollar. Then sit down and enjoy my meal. So obviously I was here more than 30 minutes. I have never had somebody that rude come up to me and say something like that. I worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and that was absolute horse shit. I proceeded to ask her if she had spoken with the other guests that were already here and told them the same thing. In fact there's a group of three doing paperwork in the corner and they were here for a while before I showed up and not a word. When I try to bring any of that up and point that out to her she runs into the back. The behavior I've experienced here is discriminating, rude, disrespectful and more she kept giving me this sly little grin like it was a big game to her. I'm going to report her, Rebecca that is, to the health department and McDonald's corporate office because they need to know what is going on here. It's mostly Hispanic people that work here I believe it's owned by Hispanic individual which is no big deal. But from what I understand I have a bad habit of not being very cleanly in the sense of washing hands. And when I spoke about the discrimination it was discrimination against homeless people. And no time when we come in do we leave a mess, cause any issues make it loud conversations or do anything whatsoever that is inappropriate. We order our food. We pay for i. And we eat it. We are no different than any other customer and yet to come up out of the blue and tell us that we only have 30 minutes it was just ridiculous. I do not recommend coming here at all. Especially with when it comes to the cleanliness issue. I know I don't like the idea of somebody going to the bathroom touching into the parts of your body and then going and touching my food. Read moreThis store is HORRIBLE! They messed up a breakfast sandwich last month. A gentleman answered the phone when I called to tell them about the order error, the sandwich didn't have the meat on it and it was missing a hashbrown. No big deal. The guy said he would put my name down and just to say my name when we came back and they would replace it. It's been a month, I go to kent once a month for my dr but he said it would be okay to wait. We arrived today after my Dr appt and we're told to pull up to the second window. After telling the manager, she proceed to look in an app but without the exact date she had trouble locating it. She called me a LIARand straight up refused to give me the order I paid for that they messed up! Then she slammed the drive thru window, refused to give me info on how to contact the owner, and since she's the store manager she is able to treat people horrible and get away with it. I will never spend my money here again and that woman needs fired. I even pulled up my bank info to get the exact date and the transaction number and amount, pulled up my call logs to show I called that store on that same date...but apparently this store doesn't care. They will fail to give you the correct sandwich then slam a window in your face rather than replace it. I don't even care about the $5 order...it's about treating people kindly for me and I don't give my money to establishments who hire store managers that treat...
