Fast food at lower Macdonalds quality .
Will feel ignored if go to the counter. So better use either the app, or self check out kiosk. Will get much better faster service.
Main Restroom is very badly maintained . The faucet at the sink was broken. So how customers , and employees can wash hands that was a mystery.
Restroom is accessed by asking the convenience store cashier to let you in. Very awkward, and uncomfortable.
They make you feel uncomfortable. It is like asking him for a favor.
Everyone is busy in the restaurant preparing fast food, but they don't pay attention to the needs of customers in the lounge, or at the counter. Then when you stand at the counter , no employee is willing to come greet you, or volunteer to come ask you if you need something. Bad feeling.
Then entering This Macdonalds is only thru the convenience store. Not good, and uncomfortable,it is low class. It is Getto. Must park at Macdonalds around the corner then walk thru the gas station, then walk up to the convenience store door, enter , and pass thru the convenience store isles , then you find Macdonalds counter at the back of the space.
May be the owner had the idea one stop shopping( gas station, convenience store,Macdonalds , and play area for the children) it is a good idea. But implementing his idea was bad. He should gave his customers the choice of entering each facility individually, and separately. If they choosed too. Especially if they have children , then this place would be OK.
Kent city has grown big, and changed to the better. It is not a farm city any more.
Now there are alot of higher income bracket people work , and live here.
There are more of upper class people come thru this city.
This Macdonalds needs to change to the better to attract all good customers. But now it attracts a lot of the people who are loitering . And alot of trouble makers from the area
And most of this Macdonalds customers don't come in. They just use drive thru to avoid all these things I just talked about.
I realized from my experience this is a low quality Macdonalds , and a very low standards restaurant.
The owner of this Macdonalds is bringing ,and implementing his own personal low standards into this Macdonalds, and not following Macdonalds restaurants minimum standards .
So if you are used to other Macdonalds restaurants higher standards , you would know, feel, and see immediately the lower quality, and lower standards at this Getto Macdonalds.

Read moreDespite the fact the app no longer promotes the sale of what I was ordering, the location didn't want to promo my food after explaining to the manager that if you promo and sub. My cheese burgers for mcchickens. Management finally did and when I parked and decided to come in and get my food the manager proceeded to speak of me the customer in the front of the stores. Once a food handler tries to stop the Inappropriate conversation of speaking of customer manager turns looks at me and smile. Overall the plain disrespect is unacceptable and definitely not something someone who has 20+ experience in the field should do as she claims. I honestly believe there needs to be a teaching moment on appropriate conversations while on the floor with other employees and especially if your a manager/ supervisor of 20 years in the fast-food industry. I've worked for McDonald's for 20 years in Anchorage Alaska and I know protocols and what can be done.
