I went today and ordered a simple drink. An Earl Grey tea with an inch steam soy. While in line, Megan asked if I wanted a latte and I said I did not. She gave me the price and u drive around. I questioned the price because it was different than I normally pay. So I asked why this was and she said I charged you for the soy. She then took the soy charge off, which I am thankful for but her entire attitude was not very pleasant or nice at all.
I understand people having hard days and I understand we do not know where someone may be in their day, but customer service is important. Providing good customer service is vital. I look for that in any Starbucks I go too because they model that usually always.
Also, I don't understand why some Starbucks charge me for soy and others do not. I never get more than an inch, yet at times I'm charged. If I say something they usually do take it off, but it should be standard across the board and not at different stores. Also, I understand soy is more expensive and charging because of that but I get an inch of soy and I am charged $.60 for an inch? I see many people using the milk containers that are left out put way more milk in their drinks than an inch and they...

The person at the counter explained that they have no input on what products are delivered. It wasn't my first choice but I settled for the PBJ box. It was dated for sale by today but it should have been pulled a couple of days ago. The bread was very dry. The vegies were limp. I ended up throwing it all out after eating the sandwich and a couple of bites of carrots.
