Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Kentucky

I’m super confused. There’s two of these stores in at Mathews mall and the one by the food court never seems to be able to cater. Literally every single time we visit. We just went up to the counter for a young man to tell us “we’re only serving drinks right now”. As I stood there looking at the counter full of pretzels I asked if he could tell me why that was the case? He replied with “we don’t have any staff here”. My confusion comes from the fact that at the moment he said that, not only was I starting at him (I assume a member of staff as he was wearing uniform) but I was also able to see another member of staff stood right next to him?!? I’m no mathematical genius but by my count that makes two members of staff that are able to help me. And all they had to do was pick up a cup of pretzels and take my money. It’s absolutely a possibility that I’m unaware of all that goes on. But as a store manager of another company, I am highly aware that customer service comes first. Please fix this...

Ordered 2 small pretzel nuggets and 2 medium drinks. We took our food to a table outside of the store to eat. We then discovered that one of the cups of pretzel nuggets was doughy and undercooked so we took it back into the store (literally 2 minutes after receiving the order) and explained they were doughy and could we exchange them for some that were fully cooked. I asked the girl if I could just get my order replaced with a fresh order. I had a small, all she had were larges. I said well then let me have a refund. She asked me for my receipt which I had thrown away. She acted very put out with me and was very unprofessional in dealing with me. When arriving at Auntie Anne’s only four people were allowed in the store at a time but yet there were three people working behind the counter and one of them could not stand at the door to let people know that only four people were allowed so instead of them being nice they were rude upon entering the store saying that you need to step outside and the group of people that were in there after two of them had unpaid and received their pretzels they did not leave the store as soon as you order and receive your food you need to be able to leave the store so that more customers can walk in because y’all have lost the business of about 10 people that were standing in lineBehind me that decided to walk away because of how rude and how unstable the...
