Well, it was a FILTY restaurant. A grimey film over everything - menus, table, bathroom door, seats, just nasty. Had to wait about 15 mins for our drinks! We ordered appetizers. Got them the same time as most of our food, about 40 mins after the drinks. Everyone was done eating when the last of our food was brought over. One person didn’t get their food. Ordered unsweet tea, was brought sweet tea. Server said both our things have sweet tea. Fine, I’ll just take water then. Server said she can’t take the tea off of ticket. Ok.... why don’t you just charge me for all sorts of stuff I’m not gonna consume then. After waiting forever for the remainder of our food, server came over and said manager was gonna take off the food that wasn’t brought over, and that the manager was cooking missing food. When the food was finally brought over, it was a poor excuse for food. I can’t believe a manager was the one who cooked that disgusting pos. Omg, I would never serve food that looked like that. Manager never came over to apologize for the horrible service or food. Our appetizers that came the same time as the food, were crusty too. My glass was chipped on the rim, so I had to be careful where I put my mouth cause I didn’t wanna get cut. I ran my finger over it and got a little slice on my finger. So yeah, horrible restaurant, horrible service, dirtiest place I’ve ever eaten. Oh yeah, husband got sick too shortly after eating. Thinking about calling bbb and health dept cause it’s just an acceptable. Forgot to mention, had to ask for silverware after getting our food. Had to wait several mins for server. She made a noise like we pissed her off when we said can we get some silverware please. She kinda huffed and puffed. Also, toilet paper all over the bathroom floor. One stall the floor was almost completely covered. So gross, the whole restaurant was just so disgusting. Film...
Read moreWorst service I’ve ever had was here. Server wasn’t friendly at all and was not organized so she kept having to make trips. We had to keep asking for things because she wouldn’t bring it. The table was sticky so we had to ask for a rag to wipe it off. She didn’t keep up on drinks. She acted like we were a bother rather than providing customer service. The restaurant was not busy at all, there was about 3 or 4 tables including ours. She brought coffee pot and told us to fill our own cups While she went out for a smoke break. When we finished she walked to table before we were all up and grabbed the money and walked off didn’t even grab the dishes or anything. She then loudly complained about the tip even though it was a pretty decent tip for the terrible, terrible service she provided.(left 10%) I believe you work for the tip you've receive and if you can’t provide excellent service I’m not leaving a 20-25% tip just because....The food was good except the bacon was all fatty, the kitchen did forget some of the order but we informed the server brought us the rest of it. Read moreStaff taking order and checking on it was great. However at the 40 minute mark I asked how much longer might it be. Was then told after staff once again consulted with kitchen personnel they were out of chicken strips. At this point my 2 year old granddaughter was falling asleep after waiting so long. Asked to just bring what they had as we needed to leave. Our food was good, as always, minus the out of stock chicken strips. They were busy and I felt we had been very patient as I only asked once when our order might be ready. My concern was they obviously knew they were out of the strips and have could let us know as we placed our order. They have plenty of other things to order. Every one is working short staffed these days. We expected to have a wait. However our 45 minute wait could have been shorter if kitchen staff communicated better with wait staff. Did call the manager just to give him a heads up. He graciously offer a couple of chicken strip dinners when they received their new stock.
