If I could I would rate no stars. This is my 4th time coming to this location and every time it just gets worse. I do like McAlisters so I thought let me give it one more chance and if we eat there maybe it won’t be so bad or they won’t mess up on our food. So we order our food and the man who took the order was very nice. Everything taste good until my daughter starts to eat her salad which is drenched in salad dressing. I show it to the manager I’m assuming he is and he says yeah that too much and gets it remade for me. While he’s doing that there is a female who back there that says “if that salad was for me then it has enough dressing on it”. Ok no one was talking to her or asked for her opinion, great customer service! While the man getting the salad remade says that it does have too much dressing on it. Ok not the biggest deal right! We get it remade and move on with our meal. But this is where I get very disgusted. As I’m eating the last of my sandwich I notice someone’s hair in my sandwich towards the end of it, I immediately notify the same man of this and show him it. All he does is apologize and ask if I want another one? Are you serious dude? I just ate almost the whole sandwich, I’m disgusted, NO I don’t want another sandwich!! Then he ask if I want 2 cookies? No dude, I don’t want nothing from here! Didn’t even offer my money back or nothing! What the kind of customer service is that! Read moreI ordered a very simple club sandwich with potato salad, got my receipt, got my number. Went to a table and put my number card on that tall holder in the center of the table . After twenty minutes, no food when I went to check on it I was told that the order didn’t go through even though I had a receipt and number card. Person at the counter said they could redo it and get it out in a few minutes which I replied that I only had fifteen minutes to eat now or be later for an appointment, she said five minutes so I agreed to wait. When my food arrived I had ten minutes to shove my meal down and leave and as I was leaving I happen to look at the plate it was served on and it was dirty, there was some kind of dressing still on the plate under the paper. Read moreOn Friday (6/7) I made an order for delivery through the McAlister's app and did not realize that the time automatically defaulted for the next day. When I realized it, I called the restaurant and was transferred to a manager who said they would go ahead and push it through to be made right away. After about 15 minutes I realized I did not tell the manager the order was for delivery so I called the store and spoke with her again. She told me we would have our order in about 15 minutes. Right before our order arrived, I received an email indicating our order had been cancelled. Our order was delivered by a McAlister's employee who profusely apologized for the issue with the app. I was not expecting the order to be cancelled so we didn't have to pay for it but it was a very kind gesture.
