Subway — Restaurant in Kentucky

Despicable Customer Service!! I was traveling from PA to TN and stopped to fill up @Pilot. After my receipt didn’t print at the pump I went inside for it. While waiting in line at counter I overheard the clerk ordering a sandwich from subway. It smelled great and I had been driving all day w/o eating so after I got my receipt I decided to walk over and place an order. However, with no greeting/ eye-contact/ or acknowledgment from the young man fixing the Pilot clerk’s sandwich, he quickly and impolitely uttered “we’re closed!” The time now is 8:54pm so I was immediately puzzled being that the store doesn’t close until 10pm. Without causing a scene I asked the young worker if he had a name tag or store number to provide me. “Why, so you can report us?”., was his response. I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews on anyone instead I try to seek out the good in everyone & every situation. However, HANDS DOWN, this was one of the worst experiences of POOR customer service I’ve ever had. I’d rather starve and veer off the road from hunger than to be served by that person...

It's a hurting tonight visit here at pilot subway s 71 exit 175 Walton Kentucky tonight. After finished my truck shift I was really hungry they put a note!new hours 10AM to 10pm I asked to the lady at register she said subway closed after come back into my truck I saw a guy there he was making a sandwich for other truck driver from his race .I went inside and asked him for a sandwich but he said very nicely Sorry we closed.i don't want mention his race.i feel sad,I didn't do any argument because I don't want him to loose his job.but I'm sure that person will read my comment and might be realize everyone feels huger same.plz don't do next time with...

Milk and applesauce I was given was COVERED in mold. The milk was expired, and the store was DISGUSTING. The woman that actually made my sandwich was really nice but clearly brand new and needed help. There were two other employees doing absolutely nothing while there were 3 customers behind me not being helped. Sickening that I almost gave my son this food. The store is a health hazard and the 2 woman doing nothing but socializing while the one was drowning need to be fired. I would give 0...
