We arrived around noon on Sunday at the Richwood KY location. I couldn't decide whether to be upset or feel sorry for the crew that was scheduled. Notice that I didn't say "working" because these people had no idea what they were doing. There was 3 people ahead of us, 2 had already ordered and waiting for their food. One was on the ordering process. After their order was taken we waited 6-7 minutes at the register to place ours. It was as if two or three of the staff of approximately 7 had just started working there without a clue of what, or how they were to do their duties. One stood with hand in pocket staring at the screen above his head, while others wandered aimlessly. After another wait we got our food, some food because the order was wrong. Trying to get that corrected took another 15 minutes while the rest of my food got cold. The process continued with other customers, waiting, wrong orders, and lengthy delays. Several people made a smart decision and left the line to go elsewhere. It was definitely an unexpected lesson in patience that we hadn't anticipated. If management of this location gets this review, you need to train the young people how to do their jobs or you will continue to lose business and get this type of review from...

I understand mistakes and miscommunication happens but I had terrible customer service with this Wendy’s location. I normally enjoy Wendy’s. It was around 3:30 pm. When the employee attempted to take my card I stated what I meant to order. He looked confused and shut the window and went to talk to someone. Right after.. what appears to be a manager or supervisor came over in a snappy mood and was very rude to me instead of really trying to help the situation. I was only trying to get this corrected, not upset anyone. She didn’t give me time to talk or explain myself that I didn’t mean anything but just to correct it. Mistakes happen. Read moreThey are the opposite of fast food. We waited in the drive thru for a half-hour only to get our order messed up. We used to go often. However, out of five times going four were horrible experience's. The last time we went not only was the order messed up it made us sick. Cold food, old food and every time we order the same order and it is made different. Sometimes they put tomatoes on the sandwich sometimes they dont. Sometimes mustard sometimes none. At this location it truly is a crapshoot you never know what you are gonna get. A couple weeks ago i got a four for four and the fries were cold and soggy the nuggets were hard enough to break glass and the jr bacon cheeseburger had a leaf of brown lettuce two pieces of rock hard bacon ans a very hard breakable bun. To say the least this location needs corporate to come in and do a overhaul. I have 2 FREE meals from them messing up my order or giving me bad food and i wont get them out of fear of food...
