Never received my order. Estimated 30 min delivery took over an hour and a half and then it was someone elses pizza. Returned it to the driver immediately. It took so long to get the first one and he was the only driver that I just asked to be refunded instead of waiting for him to return to the store and ask them to remake my order and then try to redeliver it. I asked the driver to call to see if they could reverse the charge on my CC so he put the call on speaker phone, the lady was nice and apologized and said they would mail me a coupon (manager possibly?) I looked today (the following day) and the charge is still pending on my credit card. Hoping it gets reversed soon so I don't have to call and deal with that on top of it. In fairness, they did call me and say the delivery was going to be 10 min late BUT when I called the store to ask where the delivery was (ordered on app), since it was over an hour late not 10 min, the person I spoke to sounded annoyed to talk to me and told me that she didn't know when it would be delivered because they don't have trackers on their delivery people. Didn't give me much confidence and made me not want to have them remake my order that they delivered it to someone else in fear they would be upset of having to do so and mess with the food... thats the vibe I got. Read moreNew to the area, went into this location to order a meal for dinner. There were 3 customers sitting on a booth waiting for their order. I stood at the counter for 3 minutes right in front of an employee at 8:45 pm, who was at the register. African male with a benni cap on. He did not acknowledge me in any way shape or form. so I assumed he was too busy to acknowledge a customer for an order who has never been at this location. I heard 2 employees in the back laughing and having a good time. I would not recommend this location. If I was a mystery shoppers of pizza hut they would definitely fail on customer service. I couldn't say anything about the food as the employee never took my order. I will try back on 10.09.24 durning the evening to see if it was just the employee. Read moreThe most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever been in. My order was up on the screen as being done, and I don’t think it had even been started. I waited 35 minutes total for my food.( after being told 15) The entire time both employees were on their phones, laughing and messing around while there were 5 customers waiting. The girl told me my order would be done in “2 minutes “ 3 times and it ended up actually being about 20 minutes after the first time she told me “2 minutes” An off duty employee came in to make himself and a friend food ( I know this because their conversations were so loud) these “employees “ acted like they were hanging out at a friends house… Once I finally received my order, the girl at the counter said she was sorry and that she was cutting the pizza & that’s why my order took so long.
