SCOOTERS: AFTER (TWO) 2 years of going here, I learned That what I order is Probably Not What I'M Being Served Whether Sugar Free: Flavoring: Flavor If Tea Or Coffee. I ordered a Medium Black Sugar Free Tea With Pineapple Mint Flavor. I Was Served Green Tea No Explanation Or Notice. I've Had The Pineapple Mint 5 Other times here and at Different Scooters. Instead of saying from the beginning the Barrista he wasnt serving me black tea Only Green Tea; I Would Have Ordered Differently: The $5.25 WAS CLEARLY NOT WHAT I ORDERED THE BARISTA KNEW AND NEVER INFORMED ME OTHERWISE. I HAVE ALSO NOTICED ASKING FOR SUGAR FREE OR SUGAR SUBSTITUTE PROBABLY WAS NOT WHAT I WAS SERVED. ANY PREDIEBETC OR DIEBETIC WOULD HAVE ISSUES. I CAN NOT DRINK GREEN TEA. I had an absolutely delightful experience today! I ordered a drink and a muffin. I ended up pulling away from the window without my muffin. The crew were quick on their feet and used the drive thru speaker to announce I left without my muffin. At first I thought someone was hollering for their dog Muffin. I always receive great service, but today they really went above and beyond! We all had a great laugh and I ended up with my drink AND muffin! Way to go...
