Called to place an order, grant it was 8:30 but I had just finished working and on the way home. The young lady who answered the phone acted as though I was bothering her when I called, so much so I asked her if it was a bother. She said it wasn’t and she proceeded to take the wrong order. Before we hung up she emphasized what time they closed and said my order would be ready in 10 mins, 11-12 minutes later I’m getting back to back calls, while I’m talking to a client and walking in the store. Immediately, I genuinely felt like I don’t want to eat this food, they’ve done something to it. When I confronted her she acted as though I was imagining her attitude. But as a person who worked in the food and beverage industry for over a decade I can easily spot an employee ready to call it a night. Against my better judgment I payed for my food and headed to the door and this young lady made a comment under her breathe. At that point she gave me confirmation I really don’t want this sandwich that bad or to give my money to this franchise. So I asked for a refund. The manager approached and was very nice. However when she asked what the issue was and I responded, “I’m not sure what the hell I did to upset this young lady” she instantly responded making me feel like I was being that guy .....spewing obscenities in a crowded restaurant (which was empty). She comped my food and gave it to me but I threw it away and I will honestly say , I WILL NEVER COME BACK! And my opinion is you don’t either.

Read moreMy experience today was horrible. I went in their today with my friend to get some food for our manager at our store and got us some that we were going to split. The associate Shannon had a very bad nasty attitude. From what the guy was telling us that took our order he told us with the tub that they have a giant will not fit in it so he told us that he was going to charge us for a giant, but charge us for double meat and put them in 2 separate tubs. As I went up to the counter to ask for some buffalo sauce on our food that had none on it I was trying to explain to Shannon that our food did not look like a giant and what the guy told us she kept interrupting me and was not very understanding. She was trying to tell The new girl that was working there today apologized to us and said customers are always right and Shannon said with a attitude no they are not in from of us as we are currently both a manager at our store that we work at. She kept talking the whole time with an attitude I told her I would pay for another regular buffalo chicken as she told me she will make me another one and she would not charge me for it. Read moreAs my first visit to jersey mikes I expected the great tasting sandwich my sister had claimed they had and they DID deliver however in doing so, one of the workers (a lady with a molecule tattoo on her right arm) failed at customer service for us. She got confused because one sub out of the three was toasted and when we tried to help correct her she put the toppings mismatched- still we were patient in trying to explain what topping went on which sandwich and she quickly became frustrated and obviously angry... tossing the knife and being very obvious that she was frustrated- when the cashier asked which sub was which(as they should because, duh, pricing) she just said “i dont know” very irritated, having experience myself with customer service i just told all of them “have a great day” and moved on... i would go to jersey mikes again however probably not this location, and unfortunately it is the closest to my house which leaves it as less of an option for me...
