Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Kerrville

Food was good, service was decent, manager saved the day. I placed a large order online and went to pick it up. I asked the young man who brought out my order if they had double checked it because they had forgotten something the last few times I ordered.

Well, I got home and low-and-behold they had forgotten an entire meal. I called the manager and headed back to the store. I was frustrated and probably not very nice. Chris, the young manager, however was a true professional. He apologized early, gave me 2 meals for my 1 missing meal and then refunded the original one. Then he followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was acceptable in the replacement order.

Nicely decorated inside with a comfortable feeling. I was Greeted promptly and my order was taken quickly. I received my order accurately as ordered although it was difficult to get a water cup as they had no idea what to do when I asked.. The quality of the food was great. The taste And flavor was consistent with other canes restuarants I've been to which is excellent. While dining in it was difficult to have a conversation with my company because the noise level and yelling coming from staff behind counter was distracting and a bit obnoxious. Our table Was approached many times by staff asking if everything was ok and even took our trash which was nice. Overall a pretty good experience and I would dine...

The young lady who took my order was great. It was the woman at the window who was rude, which was surprising since I was polite to her for the entire interaction- despite the attirude. I used to work at Cane's, so I already know how much ketchup and how many napkins come with each combo- hence why I asked for extra. The rude tone of voice when she said "It comes with ketchup" with the eye roll and mean mug were unnecessary. So was the "the ketchup is in the bag". I did not get the extra napkins, nor the extra ketchup I asked for. Customer service is the cornerstone of every GOOD business and I have never had a single poor experience at a Cane's until now.
