Everything started off well, until the cashier double charged us. We checked our bank and we had 2 different charges for chipotle. At first my husband came up and said hey we got double charged and even though he was showing them the 2 different transactions, the manager had the audacity to say it’s our bank. Instead of trying to actually fix the problem she just kept repeating it. So, me, I go up to see what the commotion was about and saw these 2 DIFFERENT transactions, so I come to the conclusion any other rational person would come to. So now that I’ve entered the picture I ask for a receipt, oh now they have no receipt paper. So we wait for the paper and this heavy set girl is just balling ALL of the receipts up and I’m saying, “hey stop crumpling them up” cause at this point I’m looking for 2 receipts for these 2 transactions. So the young lady continues to crumple them up and rolled her eyes at me. This set me off, not just as a pregnant woman, but as a customer, because how are you going to treat your customers like that, she then hands me some random receipt saying “that’s yours” and I’m like “THIS IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRICE!” As in this is the 3rd set of numbers I’ve seen! So I slid it back to her saying “this is why I said stop!” And at this point I’m about to start grabbing these receipts myself because she isn’t looking and just throwing them away. My husband then tries to remove me from the conversation and I refuse, because 1) your manager is lying 2) your worker is rolling her eyes at me 3) you’re throwing away the receipts! The manager then yells for a worker to call 911! No one has lunged at them, assaulted them, threatened them, and that’s what the manager decided to do. Eventually my husband and the manager find OUR receipt but not the other one that SHOULD'VE actually been refunded. So the manager then says “well I can only refund you this” me now out of the conversation rightfully thinks “why didn’t you grab the next receipt because you know the transactions was back to back and refund us the actual amount we lost which was more than our original payment balance. I order the Sofritas bowl and always request very little rice, a few beans, tomatoes, corn and lettuce, so I never have a huge bowl. On this particular day, the Sofritas was EXTREMELY SPICY, I tried to eat it but stopped because I just was not enjoying the meal. I went to the counter to ask for something else since my food was Spicier than I like. Gloria Bonilla just looked at me and walked back and forth a few minutes and then went to get Leonel Garcia. I explained my issue to him and he said you ate half the food I can't do anything for you. I told him I only had a few bites, my bowl was very small because I requested it be made with a little of everything, he said there was nothing he could do. I initially only wanted to get something else, because I was suffering trying to eat that spicy food. I only wanted a refund after such rude service from Leonel Garcia and Gloria Bonilla. Mr..Garcia said we dont make the Sofritas here, it comes packaged. That still does not mean it was not too spicy. I requested a refund and he still refused. I have spent plenty of money in this particular Chipotle. I will never step foot in that place again. Where has the customer service gone. Read moreBEWARE TERRIBLE STAFF EXPERIENCE!!! I order my burrito, and while going down the line, I request sour cream. No sour cream is added. I am asked if I want anything else, I say, red salsa. Red salsa is then put on my burrito, then sour cream. I say I asked for sour cream first for a reason. The worker says nothing and slides my burrito aggressively and walks off of the line, and walks to the back. Another lady comes to complete my order. As I'm about to pay I request a manager. This manager can barely speak English. I am now expressing my experience and how I feel disrespected as a customer in a customer service establishment. He tries to justify them working all day, which I understand, so have I, which is why after a long day of work, I am disappointed that I was disrespected by a Chipole employee while attempting to purchase dinner I also feel helpless when I am unable to get a situation rectified by a manager of Chipotle because he can not understand me, especially after I was blatantly disrespected by one of his staff. At this point, this is my last resource to rectify the situation due to no other manager or higher up being available at the time of this incident. Overall, I'm highly disappointed at this point.
