Dunkin' — Restaurant in Key West

im a big fan of dunkin donuts but tonights experience may keep me from going back. i took my daughter to get some donuts and milkshakes, when we walked in there was nobody in there, i thought nice, no waiting. well i stood at the counter for a few minutes before someone actually came to help me. there were 4 teenage kids working behind the counter, one i over heard was a manager(the one helping me) so i gave him my order, 1 large milkshake, one lg coffee coolata, 1/2 dz donuts and a sandwich. he made the milkshake first. once he had taken my order some people came in after me, there was a family of 4 who ordered a box of joe and some donuts. the woman was telling the kid to make sure it was dark roast. the kids began joking with each other about it. i received the donuts immediately. my sandwich took about 10 minutes to make and was handed to me another worker. the kid gave the family of 4 their box of joe a couple minutes after. as im standing there the kid took a minute but looked at me and asked me what i needed. i still hadnt received my coolata, so i told him. he walked away, came back and asked what size? now 15 minutes later, my milkshake is milk, he hands me my coolata, doesnt ask if id like whip cream and when i get it, it was the color of spruce wood, couldnt ask him about it because he immediatley walked away... i was already upset so i just left. it sucks writing these reviews when i enjoy the place it just has poor working issues. the shelves were stocked though, they had plenty of donuts and the place looked nice i just hope they find better management or train their...

My 3 buddies and i got to the door at 506 am and the door was locked. We aren't from the area so we double checked that they do in fact open at 5am as the door says. There was a woman putting signs on the donuts that looked back and saw us but did not acknowledge us. We gave it a few minutes but when she continued to put signs on the donuts we knocked on the door, not notion to us or acknowledgement. So we shook the door a litle, no acknowledgement, shook a little harder, no acknowledgement. Waited a minute or so qnd knocked harder, she threw her hand up and looked back at us annoyed. We gave it another minute and she came to unlock the door where she unlocked it at 511 and walked away. We all looked at each other bewildered and opened the door ourselves and went to the counter and after about a minute or 2 she came to the counter and took our order. I understand stuff happens and maybe she forgot to unlock the door but there was a way better way to handle the situation. Real great...

Drove up to the drive thru and there was a bag on the screen that said "drive up to the window for service" drove up to the window and waited for about 7 minutes and then proceeded to tap on the window for a bit. No one came to the window so I drove away after about 10 minutes of waiting. Very dissapointing service for a 24 hour dunkin.EDITED 06/27/2017 Decided to give this Dunkin a second chance, which was a bad decision on my part. I pulled up to the window and ordered my usual. Large dark roast coffee with 1 less pump than usual of caramel swirl and creamer with a turbo shot. I know it's somewhat difficult, but it's what I like. The drive thru worker said they couldn't hear me and to pull up to the window. When I got there I repeated my order, he said GD right to my face. He didn't know how to properly input the order and had to get a manager. My coffee was completely different from what I had ordered and even though it was drinkable I still wish I had gotten the...
