Miami Subs — Restaurant in Key West

Staff is cranky at night Wouldn’t help me with my order for door dash. The menu is different on their website than the door dash menu. I am partially disabled and just came here to Key West for a vacation I thought a nice delivered meal would suffice, only to get nothing but negativity from your establishment. A few days ago, my wife and I decided to dine in at your establishment, and to my surprise, the day staff was very friendly and helpful. They saw my with a cane and brought our meals to us. We each had the Philly cheese steak but very dry and all the cheese evaporated. Might I suggest a little cup of cheese or cheese whiz to dip? Very disappointed and there needs to be some sort of manager at night who knows the menu and takes care of...

This Miami Subs Grill location in Key West has the best cheesesteaks on the island, beating out its local competitors Mr Z, & Jersey Mikes by a country mile, in my humble opinion. The bread is the magic ingredient here. I don't know where they're sourcing it from, but the sub rolls are perfectly toasted, pairing beautifully with the juicy steak, onions and cheese. Onion rings with the special sauce on the side also hit the spot. Food is ready from order to table in under 10 minutes, served hot and tasty. The indoor decor is pure 90s retro, with purple and teal colors invoking nostalgia from the older crowd and disgust from the yout. 5/5 would recommend to anyone and everyone. The Person who took the order over the phone rushed the order and the food we received was like frozen microwave food very disappointing😡😡😡Miami Grill in Missouri has never disappointed I am so upset that another chain using that name made us a disgusting microwaved meal that we did not expect. We were basing the taste and experience we received in Missouri for a restaurant that is much closer to Miami than they are and they disappointed me disgusting.
