I frequently visit this store on Saturday’s before work and today there was a 45-60 minute wait. Despite this, all staff members were very friendly, composed and continued greeting everyone with a smile. While I was there with my friend we witnessed a lot of disgruntled customers that were not pleased with the wait time walk up and ask where their drinks were and why it was taking so long. A worker who was named Kaylee (I’m not sure how they spell it I’m sorry) was very sweet to everyone and explained the wait time perfectly, while trying to get everyone who had been waiting the longest their drinks as soon as possible. Despite how busy it was, our drinks were some of the best we’ve had there yet. I cannot express enough how shocked I was at the composure of the staff. I would’ve been so nervous and on overwhelmed if I were in their shoes. Note : I gave the atmosphere a rating of 4 just because of the amount of customers and how crowded the space was. Read moreI come here often and I have had a great experience every time except on my birthday which unfortunately falls on the 4th of July, Lynn took my order and right off the bat was very rude. She made me cry (I am 9 months pregnant) and when my fiancé took over ordering she got our drink order wrong and gave my fiancé attitude when he explained that it wasn’t what we ordered, she also charged us for an extra sandwich that we didn’t order. I worked at Starbucks for 3 years so i understand how busy it gets on the holidays but I’m very disappointed as I’ve never had a worse experience. I will be coming back to as for a refund and talk to the manager.
UPDATE: I did come back with my fiancé and spoke with the Shift manager on duty, she was very kind and understanding and after I explained what happened on my birthday, she offered me a refund on the sandwich that we didn’t want as well as gave us our drinks at no extra cost. Read moreOn 11/10 I went to mobile order a drink and when I went to pay, a screen came up and told me something along the lines of current unavailable or cannot be processed. Because it said this I decided to just go through the drive through. The drink was delicious but soon after I noticed I got double charged the exact same amount, $6.41. I called the Starbucks on two separate occasions, both corporate the local Starbucks. The corporate employee said that they only could see one charge but on my bank account there are two. The starbucks employee said they saw two charges but they couldn't do anything. The employees were not very helpful and told be to just dispute it with my bank. I still have not received my money back as of today 11/19. This situation is very frustrating and I don't understand why I couldn't just get a refund from Starbucks or a gift...
