-The bounce houses weren't inflated because "there not enough children here to make it worth while". We went (party of 8) to play indoor blacklight mini golf. When I said "4 for mini golf" I was told "You go look and see if you like. Then you pay if you decide yes." That sounded bad. We played. It was hot, none of the adults or kids wanted to be outside. Most the blacklights were blown or off. Golf balls weren't actually blacklight balls and difficult to see in a few colors. Course is VERY POORLY MARKED. Some of the rock obstacles are painted on the floor, some are actual rocks and it's difficult to tell the difference so I tripped a few times. Course had 5-6 drink bottles scattered around it. A hole in the wall was merely tapped over.
The "Arcade". My son had won 115 tickets. I counted then. 4 TIMES. So he went to cash them in. He came back and said they told him 80 tickets. I went back and the woman said she must e miss counted. Then I watched her WEIGH the tickets for another kid. My daughter had 97 tickets. I counted 4 times. I went with her to the counter. Magically the woman came up with 100. One of the ticket machines would keep balls to be thrown with 5 seconds remaining in the game to keep you from getting too many tickets with a high score. The high score to beat for this game was 999... You had 25-30 seconds (minus the last 5) to hit clowns with the rubber balls. Guessing that 1000 ticket high score won't be beaten. A few games were out of tickets. When I informed the employee behind the counter she smiled and said "Very sorry. We are out of tickets."
-Was told Lazer Tag was by appointment only and "we are booked through the season".
Folks, the sign out front literally says "Play St your own risk." We should've went somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. The outside of the building is very nice. But the interior is horrible. OH!! And there's a single bathroom with a sink and 1 toilet. No men's and women's. Just the one. And...

Long story: We were looking forward to a family friendly outing for our oldest son to enjoy some arcade games and laser tag. It went well at first until time for laser tag. We paid for two passes, one for me and one for our son. We were told to watch the number above the door that leads to laser tag. When it matched the number we were given, head to the waiting area. The number said 7 at the time we got the tickets. We were given an estimate of 35 minutes until it was our turn. Once we had waited 45 minutes, and the number sign above the door still said 7, we made our way to the waiting area to find out what was going on. We found a large group of folks, all given different numbers, all waiting am exceptionally long time for laser tag. The same lady that gave me the time estimate walked out of the laser tag area. I asked her how much longer we should expect to wait. She replied that she tells everyone it will be at least an hour (inconsistency #1). I let her know she told us 35 minutes and it had now been 45, not to mention the number hasn’t moved at all. The female employee then rambled on the other excuses as to why it was taking so long. From what I could gather, the gentleman running the laser tag area didn’t see anyone waiting in the holding area so he let the group that was in there continue to play, despite . When I pointed this out, the female employee continuously interrupted me while I was trying to clarify my question. We finally had enough and just left, without playing laser tag. I wish I could recommend this place. But it was a...
Read moreAmazing Customer Service! Went to play Laser Tag, 4 adults and a 9 year old. When we were ready to play my 9 year old daughter got scared saying the music was too loud, the young man working the Laser Tag over heard my daughter and calmly walked up and asked her if she would like the volume turned down. He went in a backroom, lowered the volume, and asked her if the volume level was ok. She decided to make another attempt to go in, this time she stated it was too dark, without any hesitation the young man approached my daughter and asked her if she would like him to turn a light on. He went to the backroom again and turned a light on for her. She then felt comfortable enough to walk completely into the game area and started playing and had an AMAZING time. Keep in mind I did not make any of these requests, he overheard and observed that my child was afraid and immediately stepped in to make my child feel comfortable. We will definitely...
