The KDH Co-Op Gallery represents many local artists. The artists set there own price for their work. Prices vary from very modest to rather expensive. I was looking for some small different gifts to take home to my next door neighbor and my co-worker. I found exactly what I was looking for as well as a couple of cute things for myself. The people who work there display their own crafts, but never mention what they are. They are very helpful, but allowed me to take my time looking around by myself. If you want something that is not the average beach souvenir check out KDH. It's located on the main highway so it's easily accessible. Next time I will bring more money and my Christmas...

A large plank from a shipwreck on Hatteras beach with glass jellyfish made from recycled glass! So gorgeous! And ofcourse one of the most expensive items...
