Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Killeen

Not sure of the name of the woman working today, but her customer service was awful. I had a question regarding the frozen lemonade drinks, so I walked up to the counter. She glanced at me and said nothing, which was no big deal as she was working. I asked if I could ask her a question about them, and mid sentence she cut me off saying no frozen drinks before gesturing to the machine that was self-cleaning. I understand she couldn't sell me any, but she didn't have to cut me off and be rude. I just had a question as I've never had the product. Now I won't be trying it at all or coming back here. Edit: Decided to give this location a second chance since I had a birthday reward. Got up to the counter and nothing was ready at 10am (but supposedly y'all open at 9am), and asked if it was possible to get a cinnamon sugar pretzel. The lady (different from the first one) said it'd be 10 minutes. I said okay, and waited. After the lady makes the pretzel, she rings up the cinnamon sugar nuggets. I figure maybe the whole pretzel would've taken longer and she just wanted to make it faster or something. Nope. Well we asked for 2 pretzels and apparently the chick taking the order was not only just talking to my bf and not asking me about my order but she clearly had the good Ole googly eyes for him, fair enough she can stare all she wants he didn't notice her at all, but you'd think if she was gonna openly stare at my bf like a cat in heat the least she could do was get the order right. Nope only gave my bf his order completly left out mine. Now normaly it be like " did she hear the whole order?" And seeing as when she repeated the whole order to us including me double checking I'd say yeah, she heard the whole order and just left my stuff out. Girls talking about people gossiping on their phones texting. A customer asked how something tasted and the girl snidely says idk never had it. As an employee you should know what your product taste like. Also be stocked up on pretzel bites .I was told a large order would take 6 mins its now been 10.
