Service here was HORRIBLE! I went on Tuesday around 5:30pm. I was “serviced” by the manager Mary whom shouldn’t be a manager. First off I don’t understand why the side door kept being locked every time a worker went in and out the building. There’s more than one entry way and you had to go around to the front door when the parking lot double door is on the side locked door. 2nd once I went inside the manager kept looking at me and never greeted me. I was standing inside at the register awhile before she even acknowledged me. They only had 3 people on duty and she was doing a poor job running the store. 3rd I ordered “Spicy” chicken with the manager. I got half way home and realized I was given mild chicken. Went all the way back, told her she gave me the wrong chicken, no apology and just through the back towards me. She should’ve atleast offered something, even a drink for inconvenience for me waiting there long in general and then having to come back to the store because MARY messed up. She was rude and unprofessional in the way she handled that situation as a manager. No eye contact, she just kept talking to another customer as if I wasn’t there and she was wrong. She actually KEPT messing up orders and that’s why this was taken long. She was running the board and kept missing people food orders. Hope did she get promoted?? Read more10/19/2020 I'm pro Church's Chicken so I decided to go for lunch since they recently opened this new location and it was quite a disappointment. I used the drive through since I was going to be "next" (only one car ordering in front of me). Well, it took them quite a while to simply take the order from that person which made me questions what was going on since the car was just parked and it didn't look like there was no ordering related movement. I stayed in the line thinking it was just an isolated issue since they were not that busy and I was going to be next, but same thing happened to me and had to wait for a while as well so I imagine the cars now behind me were probably wondering as well. This was just to take the order so imagine how much longer took me to get the food. When I finally get to eat what I thought it was going to be the compensation for the long wait, the chicken was 100% bland, not even the breading helped. I truly don't think the chicken got any type of seasoning in the process. In my opinion, this is unacceptable for a place that literally just opened and the assumption is that there was some type of preparation/training, before the grand opening, so the restaurant becomes attractive to the local clientele. Read moreI placed an online order and arrived on time to pick up my order. The doors next to the parking spots are locked and must walk around. (I use handicapped parking). The cashier explains that most of my order is ready and they are waiting on tenders. She then explains they don't have any tea (I ordered 6 medium unsweet teas), and if I'd like any other drinks. I told her to just remove them. She said it's an online order, and I'd have to do it there. Then she has her worker make tea, which will take 5 minutes. So I sit down to wait. While I'm waiting, she has the next customer to call their ubereats customer to explain they are out of their specified chicken. When the teas are finally made, I then discover no one has ever told them about drink carriers. All 6 teas are put in a large brown paper bag. It surprisingly works. I get home and discover that our large mashed potatoes are subbed with individual mashed potatoes, equivalent but ok. The teas are all sweet teas. I had to wait for the wrong tea. After reading other reviews, it would seem my experience is commonplace. This is a management issue. Supply issues come with general manager issues, but the wrong drinks come with shift managers.
