Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Killeen

So sad that this new Church’s probably won’t last long! I was told they had no white meat so I changed my order to a three piece chicken strip with okra and a five piece chicken strip with okra plus a large order of fries. I was told due to the boil water order drinks were being replaced with an extra biscuit. When I finally got to the window to pay I was told they were short on chicken strips and would I accept white meat regular chicken…oh wait they forgot they had none! Would I take dark meat or wait ten minutes for strips…I told them I would wait and was told to pull in front which I did. After waiting about twenty minutes a car parked beside me and received her order about five minutes later. The guy delivering her order evidently saw the disbelief on my face and I told him I was STILL waiting for my three/five orders of chicken strips. He said he would “give” me ten and that strips went fast…hummm…maybe fill the orders as received to prevent problems! I also reminded him I had okra with the orders as well as a large fry. About ten minutes later he brought my order and said they were out of okra so they substituted with fries. I drove the ten miles home to find the ten strips and two regular fries…no biscuits or dipping sauces. I should have checked my order but by this time what good would it have done! So, I was charged $21 for a $15 chicken strip meal and didn’t even get what was supposed to be included with that meal! I tried to complete the survey and/or their complaint department BUT “based on my info the survey/complaint can’t be processed!” That’s one way to prevent hearing issues with...

Y’all, Church’s Chicken is my favorite chicken place! We have a large family and you just can’t beat the food and the prices. We live in a neighboring town where the Church’s Chicken is so bad, I refuse to eat there. Today, I decided to give this Church’s chicken a shot for lunch. They had a few cars in the drive through so we decided to dine in. When I tell you, these workers were on it! It’s not easy to fry chicken and get orders filled quickly, but the workers were not only working fast and efficiently, but they were courteous and respectful. The young man who was the manager was shining. The lady at the cash register had a pleasant wonderful attitude! This crew deserves to paid $20 an hour for such exemplary service, especially during the lunch rush! Hats off to them! I would call corporate or the franchise owner and give them a glowing recommendation if I could as well. This just...

I ordered a Grande Meal Deal, got all the way home, and the chicken and the tenders taste burnt. SO packed everything up and took it all back. The manager came to the window and I gave everything back, she opens up the box and start counting the food with her hands and said , I cant give your money back. Because I am missing a leg and a tender and maybe 2 fries. That policy if you dont return all the food , I cant return it. So I said subtract what you say is missing. I should of brought the plate back I had made in the first place to determine the food was either burnt, or sitting there for a while and re dipped and served. Dont go to that location. As a matter of fact. I lost all interest in Churchs. I ask for the Corporate number. She told me she didn't have it. She didn't have Mike Stewart, her Supervisor number. I needed...
